大学生篮球运动员复杂知觉的认知与培养研究

【摘要】：随着篮球运动的不断发展,对篮球运动员的选择越来越科学化,使得运动员之间的身体素质差距逐渐缩小。为了提升竞技能力,取得竞赛优势,促使现代篮球比赛逐渐从“靠身体对抗”到“用脑子打球”的转变。所谓“用脑子打球”就是指利用运动员的意识去打球。复杂知觉是意识培养的关键,它主要包括时间知觉、深度知觉及运动知觉。本研究以辽宁省鞍山师范学院各专业的篮球爱好者60人为研究对象,将60人随机分为教学实验组和对照组各30人。实验组进行为期三个月的复杂知觉的认知、教学和训练。测量运动员的时间知觉并观察运动员的运动知觉,以及用霍瓦·多尔曼深度知觉测量器测量并统计数据。通过研究得出以下结果:1、通过对复杂知觉的时间知觉、深度知觉及运动知觉在篮球比赛中的表现形式,可以看出每一次技、战术的制定与执行都离不开复杂知觉的时间、深度、运动知觉的参与。而这些知觉的形成并不是单一的,它们是相互联系、相互依存、相互促进又相互制约的关系。只要这三个知觉系统能迅速、灵敏的协调好,运动员的技术动作、战术配合才能在复杂多变的赛场上做出正确的判断,发挥出最佳的竞技水平。这也是“用脑子打球”的最直接的表现形式。2、通过对2014年NBA全明星十佳进球的录像分析,了解和认知复杂知觉中时间知觉、深度知觉和运动知觉,掌握传球、运球、跑动、投篮的技术运用过程中,根据防守队员所处的位置合理运用各项技术动作时机和运动状态。确立从感性认识上升到理性认识的教学目标、教学内容、教学方法。3、实验证明,对实验组学生复杂知觉认知与培养的教学与训练,能够使学生动作更加标准;动作的运用能与同伴的跑动、防守队员位置做出准确判断并传球、运球、投篮,目的性更强;学生能够根据比赛状况合理的运用战术配合的能力得到提高,其教学与训练效果显著。对我国大学生篮球运动员的教学与训练提供了理论和实践的基础。
