大学生篮球运动员复杂知觉的认知与培养研究

【摘要】:随着篮球运动的不断发展,对篮球运动员的选择越来越科学化,使得运动员之间的身体素质差距逐渐缩小。为了提升竞技能力,取得竞赛优势,促使现代篮球比赛逐渐从“靠身体对抗”到“用脑子打球”的转变。所谓“用脑子打球”就是指利用运动员的意识去打球。复杂知觉是意识培养的关键,它主要包括时间知觉、深度知觉及运动知觉。本研究以辽宁省鞍山师范学院各专业的篮球爱好者60人为研究对象,将60人随机分为教学实验组和对照组各30人。实验组进行为期三个月的复杂知觉的认知、教学和训练。测量运动员的时间知觉并观察运动员的运动知觉,以及用霍瓦·多尔曼深度知觉测量器测量并统计数据。通过研究得出以下结果:1、通过对复杂知觉的时间知觉、深度知觉及运动知觉在篮球比赛中的表现形式,可以看出每一次技、战术的制定与执行都离不开复杂知觉的时间、深度、运动知觉的参与。而这些知觉的形成并不是单一的,它们是相互联系、相互依存、相互促进又相互制约的关系。只要这三个知觉系统能迅速、灵敏的协调好,运动员的技术动作、战术配合才能在复杂多变的赛场上做出正确的判断,发挥出最佳的竞技水平。这也是“用脑子打球”的最直接的表现形式。2、通过对2014年NBA全明星十佳进球的录像分析,了解和认知复杂知觉中时间知觉、深度知觉和运动知觉,掌握传球、运球、跑动、投篮的技术运用过程中,根据防守队员所处的位置合理运用各项技术动作时机和运动状态。确立从感性认识上升到理性认识的教学目标、教学内容、教学方法。3、实验证明,对实验组学生复杂知觉认知与培养的教学与训练,能够使学生动作更加标准;动作的运用能与同伴的跑动、防守队员位置做出准确判断并传球、运球、投篮,目的性更强;学生能够根据比赛状况合理的运用战术配合的能力得到提高,其教学与训练效果显著。对我国大学生篮球运动员的教学与训练提供了理论和实践的基础。
[Abstract]:With the development of basketball, the choice of basketball players becomes more and more scientific. In order to improve the competitive ability and gain the competitive advantage, the modern basketball game has gradually changed from "physical confrontation" to "playing with the brain". The so-called "brain play" refers to the use of the player's consciousness to play ball. Complex perception is the key to consciousness cultivation. It mainly includes time perception, depth perception and motion perception. In this study, 60 basketball lovers in Anshan normal University of Liaoning Province were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group underwent three months of cognitive, teaching and training of complex perception. Time perception and motion perception of athletes were measured and measured and statistical data were measured with the Hova Kolman depth perception Meter. By studying the following results: 1, through the manifestations of time perception, depth perception and movement perception in basketball games, we can see that the formulation and execution of each skill, tactics and tactics can not be separated from the time and depth of complex perception. This is also the most direct expression of "play with the brain." by video analysis of the top ten NBA All-Star goals in 2014, we understand and recognize time perception, depth perception and movement perception in complex perception, and master passing, dribbling, running. According to the position of the defensive players, the technical action timing and movement state are reasonably used in the process of using the technique of shooting. Establishing the teaching goal, teaching content, teaching method. 3. The experiment proves that the teaching and training of the students' complex perception and training in the experimental group can make the students' movements more standard. The use of action can run with their peers, and the position of the defensive players can be accurately judged and passed, dribbled, shot, and more purposeful; the students' ability to use tactical cooperation reasonably according to the competition situation is improved. Its teaching and training effect is remarkable. It provides a theoretical and practical basis for the teaching and training of college basketball players in China.
