南京市跆拳道俱乐部教学现状与发展对策研究

【摘要】:随着全民健身计划的深入开展,越来越多的人开始关注自身健康,并积极参与到健身活动中来,其中有很大一部分青少年将跆拳道作为自己的体育锻炼项目。跆拳道俱乐部作为青少年参与跆拳道运动的主要途径,对提高青少年跆拳道兴趣和水平、促进青少年身体素质提升和终身体育意识的培养有着重要作用。教学品质是吸引学员加入俱乐部从而参与跆拳道运动的关键因素之一,跆拳道俱乐部的持续健康发展与俱乐部本身的教学质量息息相关。因此,研究跆拳道俱乐部的教学现状与发展,对推动俱乐部持续健康的发展、满足学员掌握技能需求及提升体质和养成经常锻炼的习惯等方面均有积极的意义。本文选择具有一定规模和代表性、并已经在中国跆拳道协会注册成功的南京市6家俱乐部进行研究,分析南京市俱乐部教学现状存在的普遍问题,同时对影响跆拳道俱乐部教学发展的因素进行分析、研究和概括,提出了跆拳道俱乐部的教学发展对策。本文在研究方法上主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法,对南京市跆拳道俱乐部的教学现状进行研究。本文以南京市六家具有一定代表性的跆拳道俱乐部的教练员、学员和管理者作为调查对象,分别从影响教学的教练员因素、学员因素、课程因素、场地器材因素等方面进行调查和研究,得出以下结论:1.教练员方面:师资队伍年龄年轻化,段位在四段以下的较多,新老教练员衔接不上;教练员的专业理论水平参差不齐,跆拳道俱乐部对教练员的管理机制不健全;教练员普遍教授年限较短。2.学员方面:大多以青少年、儿童为主,学习的主要动机包括个人兴趣爱好和增强体质。身体素质是制约学员的跆拳道技能提升的主要因素。同时,学员普遍认为,练习跆拳道对其柔韧性、灵敏性的提高有帮助,且在心理方面对自信心的帮助较多。3.教学方面:教练员专业技能掌握程度良莠不齐,跆拳道理论知识及教学理论知识缺乏,导致教学形式固定、教学方法单一等问题。同时,俱乐部的教授课程主要以技术动作、品势的学习为主,而缺少跆拳道精神等内在品质的培养。此外,还存在教学内容较为固定、重复教学、缺乏系统的组织安排、对学生的评价方式相对单一等现象。4.场地设施方面:跆拳道场馆、器材设施普遍不足,致使教练员及学员对现有的场地器材满意度不高。并且管理者对于场地器材的关注度不高,不利于教与学的和谐发展,不能满足教练员教学和学员学习、练习的需要,不利于俱乐部持续的发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of the national fitness program, more and more people begin to pay attention to their own health, and actively participate in fitness activities, among which a large number of teenagers take taekwondo as their own exercise. Taekwondo club, as the main way for young people to participate in taekwondo, plays an important role in improving the interest and level of young taekwondo, promoting the improvement of teenagers' physical quality and the cultivation of lifelong sports consciousness. Teaching quality is one of the key factors to attract students to join the club and participate in taekwondo. The sustained and healthy development of taekwondo club is closely related to the teaching quality of the club itself. Therefore, the study on the teaching status and development of taekwondo club is of positive significance in promoting the club's sustainable and healthy development, meeting the needs of students' mastering skills, improving their physique and forming the habit of regular exercise. This paper chooses 6 clubs in Nanjing, which have a certain scale and representativeness, which have been successfully registered with the Chinese Taekwondo Association, and analyzes the common problems existing in the present teaching situation of clubs in Nanjing. At the same time, the factors influencing the teaching development of taekwondo club are analyzed, studied and summarized, and the teaching development countermeasures of taekwondo club are put forward. In this paper, literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and interview are used to study the teaching situation of Taekwondo Club in Nanjing. In this paper, the coaches, cadets and managers of six representative taekwondo clubs in Nanjing are investigated from the aspects of coaches, trainees and curriculum factors. Field equipment factors and other aspects of the investigation and research, reached the following conclusions: 1. In terms of coaches: the teachers are younger and younger, more of them are below four sections, the new and old coaches can not connect up, the professional theoretical level of coaches is not uniform, the management mechanism of taekwondo club to coaches is not perfect; Coaches generally teach for a short period of. 2. Students: mostly teenagers and children, the main motivation of learning includes personal interest and physical improvement. Physical fitness is the main factor that restricts the improvement of taekwondo skills. At the same time, students generally think that taekwondo practice to its flexibility, sensitivity of the improvement of help, and in the psychological aspects of the help of self-confidence. 3. The teaching aspect: the coaches' professional skill mastery degree is intermingled, the taekwondo theory knowledge and the teaching theory knowledge lack, causes the teaching form to be fixed, the teaching method is single and so on. At the same time, the teaching courses of the club mainly focus on the study of technical action and quality, but lack of inner quality training such as taekwondo spirit. In addition, there are some phenomena, such as fixed teaching content, repeated teaching, lack of systematic organization and arrangement, and relatively single evaluation methods for students. Venue facilities: taekwondo stadiums, equipment facilities are generally inadequate, resulting in coaches and students on the existing venue equipment satisfaction is not high. And the managers pay less attention to the field equipment, which is not conducive to the harmonious development of teaching and learning, can not meet the needs of coaches teaching and students learning, practice, is not conducive to the sustainable development of the club.
