乡镇初中体育教学现状调查研究

【摘要】:本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问调查法和数据统计法等,对乐清市11个乡镇35所中等规模普通中学初中年级的学生、体育教师及部分领导就学校体育教学的现状及问题进行了调查与分析,并针对乡镇初中体育教学的现状对初中教学的影响和存在的问题提出了可行性建议,旨在引起各界对此问题的重视。对推进乡镇体育教育的发展、促进初中体育教学的改革和开展与普及体育教师的继续教育具有一定的理论与实践的借鉴意义。 通过设计问卷调查对乐清市乡镇初中体育教学现状进行一次直观的呈现,并着重对比城区初中与乡镇初中体育教学的现状。由此发现,乐清市乡镇初中存在这样几个显著问题:乡镇初中体育教师队伍结构不合理,不够稳定,教学水平一般。二、乡镇初中体育教师的工作量普遍较大,工作性质与效果也得不到充分肯定,体育教师对自身的认同感不强,造成体育教师的教学态度不够认真,创新意识不强,新技能运用不熟练。三、乡镇学校体育锻炼场地缺失,参加课余体育锻炼的人数、次数不容乐观。四、乡镇初中体育经费以学校自筹为主,学校体育经费无法从制度上得到保障,体育场地、器材、经费严重不足。五、社会、学校、家长还未完全树立人的全面素质观念,分数为先的观念未曾改变,对学生参加体育活动与掌握体育活动能力的重要性认识不足。同时,调查还发现,学生对体育的兴趣与校长、教师、家长的重视程度相互关联。 笔者针对乐清市乡镇初中体育教学存在的问题提出解决的策略:提高认识,特别是学校领导要认识到体育对学生教育的重要作用,提高体育教师的认同感;明确体育教育的意义,让各界都能认识到体育教育对学生身体素质和意志品质的培养的重要作用;改进与落实经费投入机制,改善乡镇地区体育设施陈旧的问题;完善教师培训机制,增强体育教师的理论和技能水平。本文围绕乐清市乡镇初中体育教学现状进行系统地分析和梳理,力求为体育教学的发展提供有力的帮助。
[Abstract]:Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and statistics, this paper deals with the junior middle school students in 35 middle schools in 11 towns of Yueqing. The present situation and problems of physical education teaching in schools are investigated and analyzed by physical education teachers and some leaders, and some feasible suggestions are put forward in view of the influence of the present situation of physical education teaching in township junior middle schools on junior middle school teaching and the existing problems. The aim is to draw attention to this problem from all walks of life. It is of theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of physical education in villages and towns, to promote the reform of physical education in junior high school and to develop and popularize the continuing education of physical education teachers. The present situation of junior middle school physical education in villages and towns in Yueqing city is presented by designing questionnaire, and the present situation of junior middle school physical education in urban area is compared with that in township junior middle school. It is found that there are some obvious problems in the township junior middle school in Yueqing: the structure of the physical education teachers in the township junior middle school is unreasonable, not stable enough, and the teaching level is general. Second, the workload of physical education teachers in township junior middle schools is generally large, the nature and effect of their work are not fully affirmed, the sense of identity of physical education teachers is not strong, the teaching attitude of physical education teachers is not serious enough, and the sense of innovation is not strong. The use of new skills is not proficient. Third, the absence of physical training sites in township schools, the number of people participating in extracurricular physical exercise, the number of times is not optimistic. Fourth, the township junior middle school sports funds mainly by the school self-financing, the school sports funds cannot be guaranteed from the system, the sports ground, the equipment, the fund is seriously insufficient. Fifth, society, school and parents have not fully established the concept of overall quality of human beings, the concept of score first has not changed, the importance of students to participate in sports activities and master the ability of sports is not enough. At the same time, the investigation also found that students' interest in sports is related to the importance of principals, teachers and parents. The author puts forward some strategies to solve the problems in the physical education of township junior middle school in Yueqing: to raise the awareness, especially for the school leaders to realize the important role of physical education to students' education, and to improve the identity of the physical education teachers; Make clear the significance of physical education, let all walks of life realize the important role of physical education to the cultivation of students' physical quality and will quality, improve and implement the fund investment mechanism, improve the old sports facilities in the township area. Improve teacher training mechanism and strengthen the theory and skill level of PE teachers. This paper systematically analyzes and combs the present situation of physical education in township junior middle schools in Yueqing in order to provide powerful help for the development of physical education.
