济宁市青少年篮球俱乐部发展状况与对策研究

【摘要】:在我国,篮球已经成为最受青少年喜爱的运动项目之一,但是由于学校体育固有的局限性,使得学校体育课难以满足青少年参与篮球运动的需求,加之当今社会全民健身运动的开展以及“校园足球”、“校园篮球”等政策的不断出台,使得社会各界的青少年体育运动火热开展起来,而以培养篮球兴趣为主要目的,以提供篮球教学训练服务为主要形式的青少年篮球俱乐部便应运而生了。济宁市人口众多,开展篮球运动具有得天独厚的群众基础,拥有国内知名学府,高校篮球和地方篮球相互带动,篮球运动历史悠久。得益于此,济宁市青少年篮球运动发展迅速,青少年篮球俱乐部迅速兴起。但随着俱乐部数量的逐渐增多,规模的逐渐扩大,其在创办与发展的过程中也逐渐暴露出一些问题及不足之处。所以,加强对济宁市青少年篮球俱乐部的研究,发现其发展中的问题与不足,提出相关的发展对策就成了亟待解决的任务,也是本研究的目的与初衷。本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法及访谈法等研究方法,对济宁地区的青少年篮球俱乐部的发展状况进行了深入的调查与研究,包括俱乐部基本情况、训练状况、比赛状况、管理运营状况、存在的主要问题及相关发展对策,初步得出以下结论:1.济宁市青少年篮球俱乐部全部为个人创办,没有企业或事业单位的参与,俱乐部规模条件差异大,学员人数差异大,学员男女比例差异大。2.济宁市青少年篮球俱乐部主要分布在相对繁华的城区,而农村则完全没有,使得农村青少年缺乏参与篮球俱乐部学习、训练以及比赛的机会。3.影响济宁市青少年篮球俱乐部发展的问题:俱乐部主管部门管理不规范;俱乐部教练员专职化程度低,场地器材条件较差;俱乐部理论知识教学不足,心理素质训练空白;俱乐部参赛少,社会影响力不足;俱乐部经营手段匮乏,管理机构与制度不健全。4.提出的相关对策:济宁市体育局应优化对俱乐部的管理;提高教练员专职化程度,改善场地器材条件;加强篮球理论知识教学,填补心理素质训练空白;加强比赛交流,提高社会影响力;丰富经营手段,健全管理机构与制度。
[Abstract]:In China, basketball has become one of the most popular sports, but due to the inherent limitations of school physical education, it is difficult to meet the needs of young people to participate in basketball. In addition, with the development of the national fitness campaign and the policy of "campus football" and "campus basketball", the youth sports of all walks of life have become popular, and the main purpose is to cultivate the interest of basketball. To provide basketball teaching and training service as the main form of youth basketball club came into being. Jining City has a large population, the development of basketball has a unique mass foundation, has a well-known domestic institutions of learning, college basketball and local basketball drive each other, basketball has a long history. Thanks to this, Jining City youth basketball sports development rapidly, youth basketball club rise rapidly. However, with the increasing of the number of clubs and the expansion of their scale, some problems and deficiencies are gradually exposed in the course of their establishment and development. Therefore, to strengthen the study of Jining City Youth Basketball Club, find out the problems and shortcomings in its development, put forward the relevant development countermeasures has become an urgent task, but also the purpose and original intention of this study. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and interview, this paper makes a deep investigation and study on the development of juvenile basketball clubs in Jining area, including the basic situation of the clubs. Training condition, competition condition, management operation condition, existing main problem and relevant development countermeasure, draw the following conclusion: 1. Jining City Youth Basketball Club was founded by individuals, without the participation of enterprises or institutions, the club size conditions vary greatly, the number of students differ greatly, the difference between male and female students is large. 2. Jining youth basketball club mainly distributes in the relatively prosperous urban area, but the countryside does not have, causes the countryside youth to lack the participation basketball club study, the training as well as the match opportunity. 3. The problems affecting the development of Jining Youth Basketball Club are as follows: the management of the club's competent department is not standardized; the professional level of the club coaches is low, the site and equipment conditions are poor; the theoretical knowledge teaching of the club is insufficient and the psychological quality training is blank; Less participation in clubs, insufficient social influence, lack of club management means, management institutions and systems are not perfect. 4. The relevant countermeasures proposed: Jining City Sports Bureau should optimize the management of the club, improve the degree of full-time coaches, improve the equipment conditions of the site, strengthen the basketball theoretical knowledge teaching, fill the gap in psychological quality training, strengthen competition exchanges. Improve social influence; enrich management means; improve management institutions and systems.
