山西省社会体育指导与管理专业本科生专业思想研究

【摘要】:人民健康意识的提升带动了群众对健身活动需求的增长。社会体育指导与管理专业旨在为社会培育体育健身服务人才,该专业学生专业思想的好坏不仅关系学生的专业信念,也会影响专业的培养质量以及我国社会体育事业的发展。因此,研究社会体育指导与管理专业学生的专业思想具有重要的现实意义。(为表述方便,以下将“社会体育指导与管理”简称为“社体”)本研究采用文献综述法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,结合“思想”、“态度”等理论,分析归纳前人成果,整合专业思想的构成要素,在此基础上,深入调查山西省社体专业学生的专业思想现状及其差异,立足实践剖析影响因素,提出改善社体专业学生专业思想现状的思考。研究结果如下:(1)专业思想由专业价值判断、专业认知、专业情感和专业行为意向四要素构成。(2)山西省社体专业学生的专业思想情况一般,专业价值判断处于较高水平,专业行为意向表现最差。具体来看,学生对专业的认可度较高、能够充分认识到专业能力的重要性、且对成绩有较高的期望,但也存在很多问题,主要有缺乏积极主动的入学动机、缺乏对专业的正确认知、缺乏浓厚的专业兴趣、对学习状态满意度低以及专业思想存在一定程度动摇。(3)总体而言,二本体育院校学生的专业思想情况优于一本院校;非师范类院校学生的专业思想优于师范类院校。不同维度中,一本院校和二本院校学生的专业认知无显著差异,专业价值判断二本院校学生低于一本,专业情感和专业行为意向二本院校学生高于一本;非师范类院校学生在四个维度上均明显优于师范类院校。各个项目中,一本院校学生的理论认识较高,二本院校学生的情感体验和自我要求及满意度较高;非师范类院校学生各题目均得分较高。(4)调查分析得出影响山西省社体专业学生专业思想的因素主要有:教育环境、社会环境、以及学生个体因素。(5)针对研究结果,提出以下建议:第一,加强制度管理和宣传工作,提高生源质量;第二,用积极的观念引导学生的人生选择;第三,加强专业思想教育工作;第四,致力提高教师的教学能力和信心;第五,创造良好学习氛围;第六,突出学科特点,把握自身特色。
[Abstract]:The promotion of people's health awareness has led to the growth of people's demand for fitness activities. The aim of social sports guidance and management is to train the talents of sports fitness service for the society. The professional thought of the students not only relates to the students' professional belief, but also affects the training quality of the major and the development of the social sports cause in our country. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the professional thoughts of the students majoring in social sports guidance and management. (for convenience of expression, "Social sports guidance and management" is referred to as "social sports") this study adopts the methods of literature review, logical analysis, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and so on, combined with the theory of "thought" and "attitude". On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the achievements of predecessors and integrating the elements of professional thought, this paper makes a thorough investigation of the present situation and differences of the professional thoughts of the students majoring in social and physical education in Shanxi Province, and analyzes the influencing factors based on the practice. This paper puts forward some thoughts on improving the present situation of professional thought of students majoring in social and physical education. The results are as follows: (1) the professional thought consists of four elements: professional value judgment, professional cognition, professional emotion and professional behavior intention. 2) the professional thought situation of the students majoring in social and physical education in Shanxi Province is general, and the professional value judgment is at a higher level. Professional behavior intention was the worst. In particular, students have a high degree of recognition of their major, can fully recognize the importance of professional competence, and have high expectations of performance, but there are also many problems, mainly lack of active motivation to enter the school. Lack of a correct understanding of the major, lack of strong professional interest, low degree of satisfaction with the learning state and the existence of a certain degree of professional thinking. The students of non-normal colleges have better professional ideas than normal colleges. In different dimensions, there is no significant difference in professional cognition between the students of one college and two colleges, the students of two colleges and universities have less than one major value judgment, and the students of two colleges of professional emotion and professional behavior intention are higher than one; The students of non-normal colleges are superior to normal colleges in four dimensions. In each project, one college student's theory cognition is higher, the second college student's emotion experience, the self-request and the satisfaction degree are higher; The investigation and analysis show that the main factors that influence the students' professional thinking in Shanxi Province are: educational environment, social environment, and individual factors of students. Put forward the following suggestions: first, strengthen the system management and publicity work, improve the quality of students; second, use positive ideas to guide students' life choice; third, strengthen the work of professional ideological education; fourth, To improve teachers' teaching ability and confidence; fifth, to create a good learning atmosphere; sixth, to highlight the characteristics of the subject, grasp their own characteristics.
