核心力量训练对青少年足球运动员快速变向移动能力影响的实验研究

【摘要】:随着足球运动的不断发展,对球员的竞技能力的要求提高相应地要求球员具备更好的体能水平。目前,如何提高足球运动员的体能能力是当今足球界的一个热点问题。通过向外国专家学习,我国教练员得到了新的体能训练理念及方法,特别是核心力量训练方法引起了教练员的巨大反响。本文对青少年足球运动员的力量训练(特别是核心力量训练)进行量化实施、监控和分析,探索青少年足球运动员力量训练的新方法;对快速变向移动指标进行测试和记录,并对所得数据进行分析,确立青少年足球运动员科学的快速变向移动能力评价指标。通过本文的研究,希望能促进青少年足球运动员竞技能力的不断提高。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法,对核心力量训练对青少年足球运动员快速变向移动能力的影响进行实验研究和分析。以上海卢湾高级中学校足球队、上海申联青训俱乐部为实验对象分为实验组和对照组进行为期4周的实验,通过对这两只队伍的跟踪训练和测试,控制实验条件,对反映青少年足球运动员快速变向移动能力的5项指标进行测试,通过对数据对进行统计分析,得出以下结论:(1)从实验组组内比较来看,通过核心力量训练,实验组对反映青少年足球运动员快速变向移动能力的Pro测试、Nebraska测试、“T”字形跑测试的前后成绩具有显著性差异。(2)从对照组组内比较来看,对照组经过传统力量训练虽然成绩也有提高,但是前后成绩没有显著性差异,说明核心力量训练对提高青少年足球运动员快速变向移动能力效果明显。(3)组间比较来看,实验后实验组对反映青少年足球运动员快速变向移动能力的5项成绩4项均有提高且具有显著性差异;实验组和对照组比较,五项成绩的差异都有非常显著性差异,说明核心力量训练对青少年足球运动员快速变向移动能力影响大,对照组前后成绩并无显著性差异。
[Abstract]:With the development of football, the requirement of players' competitive ability is improved and the players are required to have better physical ability. At present, how to improve the physical ability of football players is a hot issue in the field of football. By learning from foreign experts, Chinese coaches have got new ideas and methods of physical training, especially the core strength training method, which has caused a great reaction of coaches. In this paper, the strength training of young football players (especially the core strength training) is quantitatively implemented, monitored and analyzed, and a new method of strength training for young football players is explored. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the evaluation index of the scientific ability of juvenile football players to move in a fast direction is established. Through the research of this paper, we hope to improve the competitive ability of young football players. Based on the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper makes an experimental study and analysis on the influence of core strength training on the ability of juvenile football players to move quickly. The football team of Shanghai Luwan Senior Middle School and the Shanghai Association for Youth training Club were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group for a period of four weeks. The experimental conditions were controlled by following up and testing the two teams. This paper tests five indexes that reflect the ability of young football players to move quickly. Through the statistical analysis of the data pair, the following conclusions are drawn: 1) from the comparison within the experimental group, through the core strength training, In the experimental group, there was a significant difference between before and after the "T" zigzag running test on the Pro test, which reflected the ability of young football players to move in a fast direction. (2) from the comparison between the control group and the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups. Although the results of traditional strength training in the control group were also improved, there was no significant difference between the results before and after, indicating that the core strength training had a significant effect on improving the ability of young football players to move quickly. After the experiment, the experimental group showed significant differences in 5 items of performance reflecting the ability of juvenile football players to move quickly, and there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group, the differences between the five items were very significant, and there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group. The results showed that the core strength training had a great influence on the young football players' ability to move quickly, but there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group.
