录像—反馈在高校体育教育专业排球普修课技术教学中的实验研究

【摘要】：教学方法是教学过程的重要组成部分，也是教师和学生为共同完成教学任务，实现教学目标，教学过程中教与学相互活动的总称。随着人们对教学方法研究的深入，教学方法与现代工具的结合越来越多，教学方法也得到了较多形式的创新和改革。诸多形式的体育教学方法和手段也不断地涌现出来，更替和发展了传统教学方式，使教学方法更加适应现代教育发展的改革要求。录像—反馈教学就是将现代化教育媒体技术工具融入到体育教学活动中，凭借媒体工具的功能和教学内容的特点，促进教学任务和教学目标完成。录像反馈教学在体育技能教学中已有较多应用，，其在技能教学中发挥出独特的实用性。录像反馈教学是依靠录像媒体设备的录像和回放功能，将其作为教学反馈信息联系教师的教和学生的学。教师技能教学中，教师可将标准录像教学剪辑视频作为动作示范讲解的补充，细化和清晰学生对新学动作的认识。学生技能练习时，可利用录像将学生的技术动作完成情况记录下来，作为教学学习反馈信息对其动作进行分析、评价，针对问题提出技术动作纠正的具体针方法。学生根据自己存在问题再次进行练习，再次录像记录，再次对其动作进行分析、评价，再次对错误点在练习录像反馈信息中进行纠正。本文将录像反馈教学手段应用到高校体育教育专业排球普修课技术教学中，以山东师范大学2014级体育教育专业排球普修课四个自然班的学生为研究实验对象。研究过程中应用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和教学实验法多种科研方法。经实际教学实验研究，将录像反馈教学与传统教学在排球普修课技术教学中应用的结果进行了相关技能数据测试成绩统计对比，结合调查、分析，得出如下结果： 1.录像反馈教学手段在排球技能教学中技术动作初始学习阶段的应用，教学剪辑视频对技术动作图片定格或慢放式的示范讲解，学生易于形成正确清晰的动作表象，能够更加形象直观的理解教师讲解的动作概念、动作要领、难点和易犯错误等技术动作问题。 2.录像反馈教学手段在排球技能教学中学生技术动作练习提高阶段的应用，使学生能够利用视频录像反馈的信息，及时、具体的发现个人学习情况的不足和错误。传统教学中教师单纯依靠语言描述或示范规范正确技术动作对学生出现的动作错误问题进行讲解，易导致学生对自身具体动作问题认识模糊不清，致使技术动作错误问题长期存在和反复纠正现象的发生。录像反馈教学手段利用摄像机的录放功能将学生练习时的实时表现反馈到具体个人，并将技术动作问题视频或图像式的清晰展现于学生眼前，利于学生对错误问题的理解和纠正，加快了正确技术动作的形成和提高。 3.录像反馈教学手段在排球技能教学中的应用，新颖的教学工具和教学组织形式激发了学生学习排球技能的兴趣。录像视频反馈的个人具体学习反馈信息能培养学习者形成自我学习状况认识，自我学习目标设置，自我目学习目标达成监控、自我学习方法调整的意识，学生自主学习的能力得到提升。 4.整体技能教学学习过程中，录像反馈来的教学学习信息作为有效的教学反馈信息，共享于教师与学生之间，增加了教师与学生对教学学习内容的关注和交流，促进了教学形式的互动性，学生主体性得到充分发挥，实现了教学双边关系的融洽，提高了整体教学满意度。

It plays a unique and practical role in the skill teaching. The video feedback teaching is based on the video and playback functions of the video media equipment, and it is used as the teaching feedback information to the teacher's teaching and learning. In the teaching of teacher skills, the teacher can add the standard video teaching clip video as a supplement to the demonstration and explanation of the action, refine and clear the students' understanding of the action of the new learning.
