社区健身改革框架诠释

【摘要】：采用文献资料法等,对社区健身改革进行研究。研究认为:全民健身计划深入推进,社区健身是其重要组成部分,如何实现社区健身的转型升级、提高社区健身的水平,成为今后一段时间内的重大课题。建议:建立社区健身运作机制,完善社区健身管理机制;成立高素质的社区健身指导员队伍;加大经费投入,提高社区健身配套设施建设水平;创建科学评价体系。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the reform of community fitness by using the method of literature and materials. The study holds that: community fitness is an important part of the national fitness plan, and how to realize the transformation and upgrade of community fitness and improve the level of community fitness has become a major issue in the future. Some suggestions are put forward: establishing community fitness operation mechanism, perfecting community fitness management mechanism, establishing high quality community fitness instructor team, increasing fund input, improving the level of community fitness supporting facilities, and establishing scientific evaluation system.
