【摘要】：在过去的三十五年里,中国女排一路走来似蹒跚而行。中国女排曾创造属于自己五连冠的辉煌,也曾走下神坛,跌入低谷,饱受来自各界的质疑,但中国女排始终在追赶也一直在拼搏。在三十五年后的今天,中国女排在里约奥运会女排决赛中战胜塞尔维亚女排勇夺奥运冠军。中国女排从辉煌到低迷,又经历了彷徨与迷茫,终于再次将女排精神诠释的淋漓尽致。本文运用文献资料法、数理统计法、比较分析法和案例分析法,对2016里约奥运会中国女排与前四强的技术运用效果进行统计分析与研究,通过研究,探究中国女排各项技术运用效果的特点及优势,了解把握中国女排各项技术运用效果的总体情况。在总体研究的基础上,又分别对中国女排VS荷兰女排和中国女排VS塞尔维亚女排不同阶段的比赛进行了研究。通过研究,以进一步探明中国女排在小组赛、半决赛和决赛的技术运用效果情况及制胜和失利的因素。通过总体研究和部分研究,意在探明中国女排各项技术运用效果的特点及优势,发现中国女排比赛中各项技术运用存在的问题和薄弱环节,为中国女排今后的科学训练提供一定的数据参考,为中国女排能在今后的比赛中继续保持优势,克服不足,提升整体水平提供一定的依据和参考。研究主要结论是:1发球运用效果上,中国女排以发飘球为主,发球稳定,发球失误率低,但发球攻击性差,发球得分率不高。2扣球运用效果上,中国女排扣球稳定,扣球失误率低,但得分率不高,中国女排朱婷扣球得分实力强劲,其她队员扣球得分实力一般。3拦网运用效果上,中国女排拦网失误率较低,拦起、拦回次数多,拦死次数少,拦网得分率不高,对重点进攻队员拦防不明确。4传球运用效果上,中国女排传球失误率高,到位率低,且中国女排两名二传手与其他三队主力二传传球质量上有一定差距。5 一传运用效果上,中国女排一传表现较好,一传到位率高,但一传起伏较大,一传失误率不低。6后排防守运用效果上,中国女排后排防守成功率低,防守失误率高,后排防守效果差。7中国女排在半决赛中战胜对手很重要的原因是中国女排的扣球效果、传球效果、后排防守效果均优于小组赛,小组赛负于对手主要原因是关键球没有把握好。8中国女排在决赛中战胜对手很重要的原因是中国女排的扣球效果、传球效果均优于小组赛,小组赛负于对手主要原因是扣球效果差。建议:1在保证成功率的基础上,提高发球攻击力和跳发球比例。2提高队员强攻实力和一攻的能力。3提高队员之间的拦网配合默契,加强对重点进攻人的盯防训练。4在一传到位的情况下,合理分配球,丰富整体进攻战术。5提高一传到位率和后排防守成功率。
