林景山七星螳螂拳的技术体系研究

【摘要】：林景山七星螳螂拳是七星螳螂拳传承发展的重要支脉,其内容丰富、技术体系完备,具有锻炼身体、防身抗暴、祛病延年的功能。技术体系是林景山七星螳螂拳的精华,可分为功法技术和拳械技术两大类,坚持练习可使人体各部分机能得到全面地发展。林景山七星螳螂拳拳谚有“两脚踏定十字步,抡开两臂似闪电”,这句话是讲动作动起来就要像电闪、流星一般快速,同时要求迅速爆发寸劲。林景山七星螳螂拳套路短小精悍、节奏鲜明、快速有力、一气呵成。在这种运动条件和强度下可以使神经系统支配运动器官的能力大大提高,改善了神经系统对人体内脏器官和运动器官之间的协调性,同时对提高人体呼吸和新陈代谢水平大有裨益。此外,经常习练林景山七星螳螂拳对发展和增强力量、速度、灵敏等各项身体素质均有一定的促进作用。本文通过文献研究法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法对林景山七星螳螂拳技术体系进行系统的研究,全文分为六部分:第一部分为七星螳螂拳起源,该部分内容分为两个方面,分别从时间和地域角度对七星螳螂拳的起源进行解读。第二部分为林景山七星螳螂拳的传承概况及其技术体系发展历程,该部分分为两个板块,第一板块先对七星螳螂拳大师林景山的生平作了简单介绍,然后从国内外两个角度对林景山七星螳螂拳的传承情况进行解读;第二板块从时间角度出发将其技术体系发展历程分为三个阶段(萌芽阶段、基本完成阶段和丰富完善阶段),并依此顺序进行论述。第三部分为林景山七星螳螂拳的技术体系内容阐述,该部分是本研究的核心内容。该部分分为功法体系和拳械体系,又依据其特点将功法内容分为健身功法和强身功法,将拳械内容分为拳术体系和器械体系。该部分内容叙述与分析并行,将其技术体系的详细内容呈现出来。第四部分为林景山七星螳螂拳的技术特征分析,该部分以技击和文化两方面为切入点,从事物的普遍性和特殊性入手力求探究出其技术本质、深层的特点。第五部分为林景山七星螳螂拳的技术体系研究价值分析,该部分分别从技击价值、健身价值、审美价值和教育价值四个方面进行研究。第六部分为林景山七星螳螂拳技术体系发展思考,该部分从技术体系的创新、完善和推广两方面入手,为其未来的发展趋势进行大胆的设想。经过对上述内容的研究,得出如下结论:第一,七星螳螂拳的源头与其它螳螂拳分支门派一样,都源自鼻祖王朗,但在其创拳方面又有其独特的历史背景,即与祖师王永春的个人习武经历密切相关,可分为学艺和创拳两个阶段。第二,林景山是近代著名的七星螳螂拳大师,因其技艺精湛、武德高尚,在国内外享有很高的声誉。林景山一生致力于武术教学工作,“桃李满天下”,传人遍布海内外。其技术经过萌芽、基本完成和丰富发展三个阶段,已日臻成熟、体系完备。第三,林景山七星螳螂拳技术体系内容丰富,分为功法和拳械两大板块。功法分为健身功法(包括柔韧功、桩功)、强身功法(包括靠打功、排打功、硬功和劲力功);拳械分为拳术体系(包括单练套路、技法和对练套路)、器械体系(包括单练套路、技法和对练套路)。第四,经过对林景山七星螳螂拳技术的分析研究,可总结出技击和文化两大特征。技击特征包括劲力“囫囵”,逼敌被动;连消带打,长短互用;活腰稳胯,步法迅捷。文化特征包括动静结合、内外兼修和形神合一。第五,受中华民族传统的思维方式、行为方式、审美方式、心态模式、价值取向等文化因素的影响,林景山七星螳螂拳表现出独特的技击、健身、审美和教育四方面价值倾向。第六,林景山七星螳螂拳技术体系的发展可从创新完善和推广两方面进行设想,前者是对技术体系中的现存技术训练方法和尚处空白的技术格斗战机的创新完善,后者是对技术体系在当代社会得到实际应用的肯定和褒奖。
[Abstract]:The seven star mantis boxing in the Jingshan Hill is an important branch of the Seven Star Mantis Boxing inheritance and development. Its content is rich and the technical system is complete. It has the function of exercise, defense and violence, and dispels the disease. The technical system is the essence of the seven star mantis boxing in Lin Jingshan Hill, which can be divided into two categories: the functional technique and the boxing skill. The proverb of the seven star mantis boxing in Lin's Jingshan Hill has "two feet set on the cross, swung open two arms like lightning", which means that the action moves like lightning, the meteor is fast and the quick burst of strength is required. Lin Jingshan Seven Star Mantis Boxing routines are short, sharp, fast and powerful. The ability of the nervous system to dominate the motor organs is greatly improved, and the coordination between the internal organs and the organs of the human body is improved. Meanwhile, it is of great benefit to the improvement of human respiration and metabolism. Through literature research, expert interview and logical analysis, this paper systematically studies the technical system of the Seven Star Mantis Boxing technical system in Lin Jingshan Hill. The full text is divided into six parts: the first part is the origin of the seven star mantis boxing, which is divided into two aspects, from the angle of time and region to seven stars respectively. The second part is the inheritance of the seven star mantis boxing and the development of the technical system of the seven star mantis boxing in the Jingshan Hill. This part is divided into two sections.
