久坐吸烟大学生抑制功能受损的ERP证据

【摘要】:目的:使用事件相关电位(ERP)技术,对久坐吸烟大学生群体的抑制功能进行研究,寻找其受到损害的行为学与电生理学证据。方法:选取扬州大学非体育专业男大学生共39人参加本研究,将其按照体育锻炼等级量表(PARS-3)与Russell吸烟原因问卷(RRSQ)得分划分为久坐吸烟组和对照组。其中久坐吸烟组21人(21.3±1.4岁),对照组18人(20.9±1.3岁)。被试完成改版的Go/Nogo任务,同时记录其脑电数据。结果:在行为数据上,久坐吸烟组在Go条件下反应时显著长于对照组(p0.01),在Nogo条件下,两组被试反应正确率差异不显著。在脑电数据上,Go条件下,两组被试在P3波幅上差异显著(p0.01),在P3潜伏期、N2波幅和N2潜伏期上差异不显著。在Nogo条件下,P3的波幅差异显著(p0.01),P3潜伏期、N2波幅和N2潜伏期的组间差异均不显著。结论:久坐吸烟大学生的整体认知加工速度受到损害,其无法有效动用认知资源对刺激表征进行更新;久坐吸烟大学生的抑制功能也受到损害,其无法动用足够多的有效的认知资源进行抑制加工。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the inhibitory function of sedentary smoking in college students by means of ERP (event related potential) technique, and to find out the behavioral and electrophysiological evidence of the impairment. Methods: a total of 39 male college students of non-physical education major in Yangzhou University were selected and divided into sedentary smoking group and control group according to the scores of PARS-3 and Russell smoking reason questionnaire. 21 patients in sedentary smoking group were 21.3 卤1.4 years old, and 18 in control group were 20.9 卤1.3 years old. The subjects completed the revised Go/Nogo task and recorded their EEG data at the same time. Results: in behavioral data, the reaction time of sedentary smoking group under go condition was significantly longer than that of control group (P 0.01). Under Nogo condition, there was no significant difference in the correct reaction rate between the two groups. Under the condition of EEG data with go, there was a significant difference in P3 amplitude between the two groups (p 0.01), but there was no significant difference in P3 latency N 2 amplitude and N 2 latency between the two groups. Under the condition of Nogo, there was no significant difference in the amplitude of P _ 3 and P _ (0.01) P _ (3) and N _ (2) and N _ (2) in the incubation period of P _ (3). Conclusion: the overall cognitive processing speed of sedentary smoking students is impaired, and the inhibitory function of sedentary smoking students is also impaired. It can not use enough effective cognitive resources to suppress processing.
