北京高校足球高水平运动队人力资源绩效分析

【摘要】：高水平运动队的评估是检验高校试办高水平运动队的成效与不足，发现各校存在的问题，解决问题，，推动高水平运动队的建设工作。足球活动的开展上升到国家政治高度，高校足球高水平运动队活动的开展过程中又存在着怎样的问题？北京市高校足球高水平运动的发展一直走在全国的前列，本文通过对北京市高校足球运动队的人力资源进行全面的分析，为促进足球高水平运动的发展提供管理层面的参考。经过查阅大量国内有关高校高水平运动的相关文献，以目前北京市10支足球高水平运动队为研究对象，从教练员、运动员以及组织管理情况进行着手，采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法结合相关专家的意见以及在运动队参加比赛期间得到的信息，进行综合整理分析，发现北京市足球运动队建队过程中存在的问题，并提出相关建议。通过调查分析，得出以下主要结论：一、北京市足球高水平运动队缺乏专职教练员，教练员业务素质不高，对于教练员的培训与提高不够重视。缺乏复合型的教练员团队。二、北京市足球高水平运动员学习与训练的管理不够规范，学训矛盾仍然是比较突出的问题。三、高校足球高水平运动队的管理隶属于校高水平运动队管理小组管理，机构过于臃肿，不利于单项运动的发展。四、足球专项经费不足，影响足球高水平运动队的正常发展。五、足球运动队的生源渠道过于单一，运动员水平不高，影响运动队的运动竞技水平。针对北京市高校足球高水平运动队开展过程中存在的问题，笔者也提出了相应的建议：一、加强教练员的培训工作，提高教练员的执教能力。聘任专职教练员，增强教练员队伍的专业化水平。二、拓展生源渠道，建立自己的运动员培养-输入-输出体系，走出有自己特色的“一条龙”生源渠道。三、加强对运动员学习的管理，探索合理有效的学习管理模式，不拘泥于体制的束缚。四、拓宽经费融资渠道，与市场、社会共享高校体育资源，进而吸纳社会体育赞助经费，促进本校足球高水平运动队的发展。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of high level sports teams is to test the effectiveness and deficiency of running high level sports teams in colleges and universities, to find out the problems existing in each school, to solve the problems and to promote the construction of high level sports teams. The development of football activities up to the national political level, college football high-level sports team activities in the process of development and what are the problems? The development of high level football in colleges and universities in Beijing has always been in the forefront of the whole country. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the human resources of football teams in Beijing colleges and universities in order to provide a reference for the management of promoting the development of high level football. After consulting a large number of relevant documents about high-level sports in colleges and universities in China, taking 10 football high-level sports teams in Beijing as the research object at present, starting from the situation of coaches, athletes and organization and management, the questionnaire survey method is adopted. The method of expert interview combined with the opinions of relevant experts and the information obtained during the sports team participating in the match was analyzed synthetically to find out the problems existing in the process of building the football team in Beijing and put forward some relevant suggestions. Through investigation and analysis, the main conclusions are as follows: First, the Beijing football high level sports team lacks the full-time coach, the coach professional quality is not high, regarding the coach's training and the enhancement insufficient attention. Lack of a complex team of coaches. Second, the study and training of high level football players in Beijing is not standardized, and the contradiction between learning and training is still a prominent problem. Third, the management of college football high level sports team belongs to the management group of school high level sports team, and the organization is too bloated, which is not conducive to the development of individual sports. Fourth, the football special fund is insufficient, affects the football high level sports team's normal development. Fifth, the source of students of football teams is too single, the level of athletes is not high, which affects the sports level of sports teams. In view of the problems existing in the development of high-level football teams in Beijing's colleges and universities, the author also puts forward the corresponding suggestions: First, strengthen the training of coaches, improve the coaching ability of coaches. Appoint full-time coaches to enhance the professional level of coaches. Second, expand the channels of students, establish their own training-input-output system, and go out of the "one-stop dragon" source channels with their own characteristics. Third, strengthen the management of athletes' learning, explore a reasonable and effective learning management model, not stick to the constraints of the system. Fourth, broaden the funding channels, share the sports resources with the market and society, and then absorb the funds of social sports sponsorship, and promote the development of the high level football sports team in our school.
