中外竞技体育运动员文化教育模式的对比研究

【摘要】：对任何一个专业竞技运动队伍来说,由于每个运动项目都有自己特殊的环境条件和历史传统,也就形成了自己独特的哲学信仰,意识形态,价值取向和行为方式;而对于竞技运动队伍来说,文化的任务就是努力创造这些共同的价值观念体系和共同的行为准则。目前,随着知识经济的到来,运动员的文化教育对于专业竞技运动队的健康发展起着重要的作用。因此,从思想文化方面着手逐步提高专业运动员的文化水平是我国竞技体育运动未来发展道路的必然趋势。本文通过文献资料法、实地考察法、历史研究法、比较分析法,对中外竞技体育运动员文化教育模式现状和中国与发达国家竞技体育运动员文化教育培养模式的分析比较,揭示我国竞技体育运动员文化教育培养模式中存在的问题和不足,借助其他国家竞技体育运动员文化教育模式的成功经验和系统科学的管理方法,结合理论与实践探讨设计出适合我国竞技体育运动员的学习方法和有效提高运动员文化水平且可供后人借鉴的文化教育模式。以便为我国竞技体育专业运动队在训练和教学方面给予有力的理论支持和依据,为教练员更好的安排运动员学训开拓了新思路。通过研究,本文得出以下结论:一,美国、俄罗斯、澳大利亚三国都非常重视运动员的文化教育,三国都严格要求运动员在校必须达到学校对学生的基本要求,之后才能从事竞技运动,因此,三国规定合理的训练时间的同时,保证了运动员的文化教育。二,美国、俄罗斯、澳大利亚都具有严格的法律规章制度和监督实施以及科学的训练理念和方法,不仅保证了运动员的科学训练,还为运动员的文化课学习提供了时间和精力。三、针对我国竞技体育运动员文化教育所存在的问题,找出其原因,并借鉴美国、俄罗斯、澳大利亚等国的先进经验,逐步将我国竞技体育事业与教育、训练和科研有机结合起来,探索出一条适合我国国情的且具有中国特色的竞技体育运动员文化教育培养模式来。四、竞技体育事业在国际上的地位越来越重要,竞技体育运动员综合素质的发展在国际体坛中有着举足轻重的作用,加快脚步发展竞技体育运动员在各方面的全面发展迫切重要。如今竞技体育运动员的文化教育培养问题已成为我国刻不容缓的重大课题。
[Abstract]:For any professional sports team, because each sport has its own special environmental conditions and historical traditions, it has formed its own unique philosophical belief, ideology, value orientation and behavior. For competitive sports teams, the task of culture is to create these common values and common codes of conduct. At present, with the arrival of knowledge economy, athletes' cultural education plays an important role in the healthy development of professional sports teams. Therefore, it is an inevitable trend for the future development of competitive sports in China to gradually improve the cultural level of professional athletes from the aspect of ideology and culture. Through the methods of literature, field investigation, historical research and comparative analysis, this paper analyzes and compares the cultural and educational modes of Chinese and foreign competitive athletes and the cultural education models of Chinese and developed sports athletes. This paper reveals the problems and shortcomings in the cultural education model of competitive sports athletes in China, and makes use of the successful experience and systematic and scientific management methods of the cultural and educational models of competitive sports athletes in other countries. Combined with theory and practice, this paper discusses and designs the learning methods suitable for Chinese competitive sports athletes and the cultural education model which can be used for reference by future generations and can effectively improve the athletes' cultural level. In order to provide strong theoretical support and basis for the training and teaching of sports teams of competitive sports specialty in our country, it opens up new ideas for coaches to better arrange athletes to learn and train. Through research, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, the United States, Russia and Australia all attach great importance to the cultural education of athletes, and all three countries strictly require athletes to meet the basic requirements of the school for students at school. Therefore, the three countries set reasonable training time to ensure the cultural education of athletes. Second, the United States, Russia and Australia all have strict laws, regulations, supervision and implementation, as well as scientific training concepts and methods, which not only guarantee the scientific training of athletes, but also provide time and energy for the study of cultural classes of athletes. Third, in view of the problems existing in the cultural education of Chinese competitive sports athletes, find out the reasons, and draw lessons from the advanced experiences of the United States, Russia, Australia and other countries, and gradually put our country's competitive sports cause and education, With the combination of training and scientific research, this paper explores a cultural education model of competitive sports athletes with Chinese characteristics, which is suitable for the national conditions of our country. Fourthly, the international position of competitive sports is becoming more and more important, and the development of the comprehensive quality of competitive sports athletes plays an important role in the international sports world. It is urgent to speed up the development of competitive athletes in all aspects. Nowadays, the cultivation of sports athletes' culture and education has become an urgent and important issue in our country.
