靖宇县农村小学校园武术推广的研究

【摘要】：在中国历史的长河中,有一项体育技能起源于我国,且一直伴随着国人强大,这就是武术。如今,武术更是成为世界人民都比较喜爱的群众运动之一,同时也是中小学的必修科目。校园武术运动的推广及发展对于学生身心发展非常重要。武术依靠自身独特的文化特色,不仅在中国这片古老的土地上世代相传、长盛不衰,奥林匹克运动也随着人民的意愿融进了武术运动,其主要源于作为中华瑰宝,武术发展至今已经成为融技击、娱乐、健身、保健和表演等诸多功能为一体的中华传统体育项目。作为教育基层工作者,传承武术运动是责任,更是使命。在靖宇县乡村小学推广校园武术,不仅可以让学生掌握武术知识、锻炼身心,而且可以弘扬民族文化精神。小学生是祖国的花朵民族的希望,在农村小学中推广校园武术教学十分必要。通过网络和书籍等方式,阅读大量关于校园武术推广的相关文献,为本研究的调查提供了理论依据。本研究通过问卷调查法、实地考察法、访谈法等研究方法过对靖宇县学校体育教师、学生、体育主管部门领导、靖宇县武术协会等相关部门进行调查,收集到靖宇县校园武术开展的基本信息,分析目前靖宇县校园武术推广的优势与存在的问题,并结合笔者多年从事农村小学体育教学工作经验,对靖宇县校园武术的推广提出相应的对策及建议,为靖宇县甚至全国范围内农村小学校园武术的推广提供真实依据和参考。对靖宇县农村小学校园武术的推广得出以下结论和建议:靖宇县各农村小学校园武术的推广情况参差不齐相对落后,各学校的武术开展活动更是少之又少,不能通过有效的形式推动校园武术,导致大部分学生爱武术却没有学习武术的平台。相关领导对校园武术推广漠视,没有参与到推广中来,大部分体育主管领导持中立态度不支持也不反对校园武术。武术器材配备严重不足无法满足学生学习武术的需要。缺少大量武术专业教师,专业武术教师没有相应的培训。农村学校与武术协会有机结合意愿百分百,方法无穷大。城镇武术专业教师到农村交流。结合靖宇县实际情况,将县城的武术专业教师安排到农村学校实行“走教交流”资源共享,在专业武术教师的指导下推动校园武术的开展,让更多的农村学生受益。相关领导出台相关政策让县城教师到农村交流期间可享受一定的补助或教师评职称晋级时享受优先权利等。相信一带一扶之下靖宇县校园武术定会遍地开花。
[Abstract]:In the long history of China, there is a sports skill originated in our country, and has been accompanied by the strong people, this is martial arts. Today, martial arts is a popular sport and a compulsory subject in primary and secondary schools. The promotion and development of campus martial arts is very important for students' physical and mental development. Wushu depends on its own unique cultural characteristics. Not only has it been handed down from generation to generation on this ancient land of China, but the Olympic Movement has also been incorporated into Wushu with the will of the people, which is mainly derived from being a treasure of China. The development of Wushu has become a traditional Chinese sports event with many functions, such as attack, entertainment, fitness, health care and performance. As a basic education worker, inheriting Wushu is the responsibility and mission. The promotion of campus martial arts in Jingyu county rural primary school can not only let students master martial arts knowledge, exercise body and mind, but also carry forward the spirit of national culture. Primary school students are the hope of the flower nation of the motherland. It is necessary to popularize campus martial arts teaching in rural primary schools. Through network and books, reading a large number of related literature on campus martial arts promotion, this study provides a theoretical basis for the investigation. This study has investigated the relevant departments of Jingyu school, such as PE teachers, students, leaders of sports departments, Jingyu Wushu Association and so on, by means of questionnaire survey, field investigation, interview and other research methods. This paper collects the basic information of the campus martial arts development in Jingyu County, analyzes the advantages and problems existing in the promotion of martial arts on the campus of Jingyu County at present, and combines the author's experience in the teaching of physical education in rural primary schools for many years. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of campus martial arts in Jingyu County, and provides a real basis and reference for the promotion of martial arts in the rural primary schools in Jingyu County and even in the whole country. The following conclusions and suggestions are drawn from the popularization of Wushu in the rural primary schools of Jingyu County: the promotion of Wushu on the campus of the rural primary schools in Jingyu County is relatively uneven and backward, and the activities of Wushu in various schools are even less. School martial arts can not be promoted through effective forms, resulting in most students love martial arts but do not have a platform to learn martial arts. The related leaders ignored the campus martial arts promotion, did not participate in the promotion, most of the sports leaders do not support or oppose campus martial arts with a neutral attitude. The equipment of martial arts can not meet the needs of students to learn martial arts. Lack of a large number of Wushu teachers, professional Wushu teachers do not have corresponding training. Rural schools and martial arts association organic integration of 100%, the method is infinite. Town martial arts professional teachers to rural exchanges. In combination with the actual situation of Jingyu County, Wushu teachers in the county are arranged to share the resources of "walk teaching and exchange" in rural schools. Under the guidance of professional Wushu teachers, Wushu on campus can be promoted and more rural students will benefit. Relevant leaders issued relevant policies so that teachers in the county to rural exchanges can enjoy a certain subsidy or teacher evaluation of the title of the promotion to enjoy preferential rights and so on. I believe the area under the Jingyu County campus martial arts will blossom everywhere.
