学校体育中弱势群体补救教学研究

【摘要】:采用文献资料法等,从概念、现象、病理、本源和对策五个方面探讨学校体育运动弱势群体的补救教学行为。主要结论:体育教学补救过程包括补救对象筛选(教师和受众)、课程安排、教学实施、管理与评价四个阶段;补救人群涵盖残障、疾病、运动能力差、体型各异、教育弃儿和社会性弱势群;其筛选方式有运动技能和身体素质测验、课堂观察、教学经验鉴别、心理问卷诊断、体质健康监测、认知测验等;从落实学校体育教育起点公平、推动过程公平和实现结果公平三阶段,可有效阻止非必要体育补救教学的发生。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the remedial teaching behavior of school sports vulnerable groups from five aspects: concept, phenomenon, pathology, origin and countermeasure. The main conclusions are as follows: the remedial process of PE teaching includes four stages: the selection of remedial objects (teachers and audience, curriculum arrangement, teaching implementation, management and evaluation), the remedy population covers disability, disease, poor athletic ability, and different body types. Education of abandoned children and social vulnerable groups, including sports skills and physical fitness tests, classroom observation, teaching experience identification, psychological questionnaire diagnosis, physical health monitoring, cognitive tests, etc. Promoting the process fairness and realizing the result fairness can effectively prevent the non-essential sports remedial teaching from happening.
