贵州省体育赛事旅游安全风险认知及满意度研究

【摘要】：本研究运用描述性统计、独立样本T检验、方差检验、Pearson相关、逐步回归等分析方法,以贵州省体育赛事旅游的消费者人群为研究对象,在贵州省内多个地区举办的体育赛事中进行调研,将调研收集的数据进行整理、编码、录入系统及相关统计分析,得出:(1)在贵州省参与体育赛事旅游的消费者人群中男性比例大于女性;青少年人多于中老年人;较多数人群拥有大学本科学历;在职业层面上比例相当,无较大差异。(2)在贵州省参与体育赛事旅游的人群中不了解体育赛事旅游本质内涵的人数多于了解的人数;且在体育赛事旅游过程中,有51.7%的人群参与到了体育赛事活动中去。(3)经差异分析,得出性别和婚姻状况都不是决定体育赛事旅游风险认知差异性的重要变量。(4)职业是影响消费者人群体育赛事旅游安全风险认知差异性的重要因素;个人收入不同的消费者人群对于交通环境风险、治安环境安全风险、住宿安全风险的认知度相对较高;家庭收入不同的消费者人群对于医疗安全风险、服务安全风险的认知度相对较高。(5)体育赛事旅游安全风险认知各维度与体育赛事旅游消费者满意度都呈现一定相关性,其中与住宿安全风险、餐饮安全风险、医疗安全风险、服务安全风险、设施安全风险相关较高。(6)体育赛事旅游中安全风险认知对于游客满意度的影响最为明显,性别、婚姻、年龄、职业、教育背景、家庭人口、个人收入以及家庭收入影响较低。
[Abstract]:In this study, descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, variance test Pearson correlation and stepwise regression were used to study the consumers of sports events in Guizhou province. To investigate and investigate the sports events held in many regions of Guizhou Province, to sort out, encode, input into the system and related statistical analysis of the data collected by the investigation and investigation. It is concluded that the proportion of male consumers participating in sports tourism in Guizhou Province is greater than that of women; the number of teenagers is more than that of middle-aged and elderly people; the majority of the population has a college degree; and the proportion of consumers participating in sports touring in Guizhou Province is comparable at the professional level. In Guizhou Province, the number of people who do not understand the essence of sports tourism is more than the number of people who do not understand the essence of sports tourism, and in the process of sports tourism, 51.7% of the people participated in sports events. It is concluded that gender and marital status are not important variables to determine the difference of tourism risk cognition in sports events. Consumers with different personal income have relatively higher awareness of traffic environmental risk, security risk of public security environment and safety risk of accommodation, and consumers with different household income have relatively high awareness of the risk of medical safety. The awareness of service security risk is relatively high. 5) each dimension of tourism security risk cognition of sports events is related to the satisfaction degree of sports event tourism consumers, including accommodation safety risk, catering safety risk, medical safety risk, etc. Service safety risk, facility safety risk correlation is high. 6) the impact of safety risk cognition on tourist satisfaction is the most obvious in sports tourism. Sex, marriage, age, occupation, education background, family population, sex, marriage, age, occupation, educational background, family population, etc. Personal income and household income have a lower impact.
