我国体育硕士专业学位研究生教育与培养若干问题的思考

【摘要】：体育硕士专业学位经过10多年的发展,为我国培养大批优秀的体育专业人才,积累了丰富的培养经验,但在发展过程中仍然存在诸如一些培养单位存在对体育硕士专业学位认识不足、培养过程缺乏实践训练,招考办法、培养目标、课程设置、培养模式和导师队伍建设不足等问题。基于此,以体育专业学位为研究对象,主要通过文献资料法查阅有关专业学位研究生教育发展相关文献,结合自身工作实践,阐述了体育硕士专业学位研究生教育发展的面临的困难与问题:人才培养体系与体育行业人才市场发展需求对应性不足;培养理念仍然滞后于规模增加的速度;培养单位急需制定新的学位标准和质量保障体系。在此基础上,探讨体育专业学位研究生教育发展与改革思路,提出了体育硕士专业学位发展建议:应正确定位体育硕士专业学位,积极转变传统教育发展理念,突出体育硕士专业学位实践培养,改革人才培养模式,加强顶层设计,研究设置新的培养领域,加强监督和评估工作以确保人才培养质量。体育硕士专业学位应面对我国经济社会发展需求,实现人才培养与体育事业发展同频共振,为的培养体育专业学位研究生提供参考。
[Abstract]:After more than 10 years of development, the master's degree of physical education has accumulated rich training experience for training a large number of outstanding sports professionals in our country. However, in the process of development, there are still some training units, such as lack of understanding of the physical education master degree, lack of practical training in the training process, recruitment methods, training objectives, curriculum design, etc. The training mode and the teacher team construction insufficient and so on question. Based on this, taking the physical education degree as the research object, the author mainly refers to the relevant documents about the development of the graduate education of the professional degree through the method of literature and materials, and combines with his own work practice. This paper expounds the difficulties and problems in the development of postgraduates' education in sports master's degree: the lack of correspondence between the talent training system and the demand for the development of the sports industry's talent market, the fact that the training concept is still lagging behind the increasing speed of the scale; Training units are in urgent need of formulating new degree standards and quality assurance systems. On the basis of this, this paper probes into the ideas of the development and reform of the postgraduates' education in physical education, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of the master's degree of physical education: it is necessary to correctly orientate the professional degree of physical education and actively change the traditional educational development concept. In order to ensure the quality of personnel training, we should emphasize the practice training of physical education master degree, reform the training mode of talents, strengthen the top-level design, study and set up new training fields, and strengthen the supervision and evaluation work in order to ensure the quality of talent training. The master's degree of physical education should face the needs of our country's economic and social development, realize the same frequency resonance between the cultivation of talents and the development of sports, and provide a reference for the cultivation of graduate students of physical education major.
