软梯训练手段的整合开发及其训练学价值研究

【摘要】:软梯,又称绳梯、灵敏梯,作为一种新型的体能练习手段,被应用于体育课堂教学和竞技体育训练。然而,目前软梯的训练手段相对比较固定,具有较大的整合开发的潜力和空间,其训练学价值也有待进一步挖掘。本文基于软梯传统的训练手段,进行整合开发,并对其训练学价值进行探讨,有助于丰富拓展软梯训练的手段与功能,构建软梯训练的理论体系。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、头脑风暴法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对软梯整合开发的理论依据、遵循原则、视角思路及其训练学价值等内容进行分析探讨。主要结论如下:1软梯训练手段整合开发的理论依据是基于功能性训练的“功能”诉求和传统软梯的结构创新与功能拓展。2软梯训练手段整合开发的原则:平衡功能原则、专门功能原则、功能叠加原则和动作难度渐近原则。3软梯训练手段整合开发的视角:(1)基于基础练习手段整合开发软梯训练手段;(2)基于不同运动轨迹整合开发软梯训练手段;(3)基于不同摆放形式整合开发软梯训练手段;(4)基于不同摆放环境整合开发软梯训练手段;(5)复合式的整合开发软梯训练手段。4软梯训练手段整合开发的思路:(1)练习方向(正向、反向、侧向)的改变;(2)动作复杂程度的改变;(3)支撑脚的改变;(4)启动脚的改变;(5)更多平面参与练习;(6)加入制动环节或垫步练习;(7)配合不同的手臂动作;(8)加入小器械等。5基于软梯训练手段整合开发的理论基础、遵循原则、视角思路,整合开发了若干系列具有代表性的软梯训练手段。6软梯训练手段整合开发的训练学价值主要体现在:软梯训练手段的整合开发,为训练理念的规范升华提供实践基础;为训练内容的灵活安排提供变换思路;为适应竞技表现需求提供专门辅助手段。
[Abstract]:Soft ladder, also known as rope ladder, sensitive ladder, as a new physical training means, is used in physical education classroom teaching and competitive sports training. However, at present, the training method of soft ladder is relatively fixed, and has great potential and space for integration and development, and its training value needs to be further explored. Based on the traditional training means of soft ladder, this paper carries out integrated development and discusses its training value, which is helpful to enrich the means and functions of soft ladder training and to construct the theoretical system of soft ladder training. In this paper, the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, brainstorming, mathematical statistics and logic analysis are used to study the theoretical basis of the integrated development of soft ladder and follow the principles. The angle of view and the value of training are analyzed and discussed. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the theoretical basis of the integration and development of the soft ladder training means is based on the "function" demand of functional training and the structural innovation and function expansion of the traditional soft ladder. 2.
