南京高校开展极限飞盘新项目可行性研究

【摘要】：极限飞盘运动是一项集技巧、智能、经济等综合优势的运动项目,起源于美国,具有极强的竞技性、观赏性,锻炼身体价值极高,在欧美许多国家有着很好的的群众基础和比较发达的赛事体系,在世界各地大概有上百万人在参与这项运动。极限飞盘运动在中国起步较晚,就其项目的基本特征而言,比较适合在国内以及高校普及开展。近年来极限飞盘运动在国内的开展虽取得一定的进步,但与世界水平仍有很大的差距,特别是在学校的普及率与其他项目比较相去甚远。本文将通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、统计法、逻辑分析法,对南京高校开展极限飞盘运动课程的可行性进行研究。研究结果认为:1、南京高校学生对新兴体育课程需求较大;南京高校场地资源丰沛;新兴体育课程师资培训体系完善,这三点为极限飞盘运动在南京高校的开展提供了有利的条件;2、从极限飞盘的运动技术来看,其使用方法简单,只要结合简单的跑跳运动就可以完成相关动作,使得协调性不是很好的学生也能在短时间内掌握基本玩法,可以在广大学生中短期内普及开来;3、从极限飞盘运动课程的范例来看,它受到了广大学生的欢迎,大部分学生能在教学活动中保持积极的态度,同时极限飞盘运动给学生带来了很好的锻炼效果。以上三点充分说明在南京高校体育课程中普及开展极限飞盘运动课程完全可行。
[Abstract]:Extreme Frisbee is a combination of skills, intelligence, economic and other sports, originated in the United States, with a strong competitive, ornamental, exercise value is extremely high, In Europe and the United States, many countries have a good mass base and a more developed sports system, about millions of people around the world are participating in the sport. The extreme Frisbee started late in China, so it is more suitable for popularizing in China and colleges and universities in terms of its basic characteristics. In recent years, although the development of extreme Frisbee in China has made some progress, but there is still a big gap with the world level, especially in the school popularization rate is far from other items. In this paper, the feasibility of developing extreme Frisbee course in Nanjing colleges and universities is studied by the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, statistics and logic analysis. The results of the study show that the students in Nanjing colleges and universities have a great demand for the new physical education courses, that there are plenty of space resources in Nanjing colleges and universities, and that the teacher training system of the emerging physical education courses is perfect. These three points provide favorable conditions for the development of extreme Frisbee sports in Nanjing colleges and universities. From the point of view of the sports technology of the extreme Frisbee, its use method is simple, as long as it is combined with simple running and jumping movement, it can complete the related actions. So that students with poor coordination can also master basic play in a short period of time, and can be popularized in the short and medium term of the vast number of students. Judging from the example of the extreme Frisbee course, it has been welcomed by the vast number of students. Most students can maintain a positive attitude in teaching activities, and the extreme Frisbee sports bring students a good exercise effect. The above three points fully show that it is feasible to popularize and develop the extreme Frisbee course in the physical education course of Nanjing University.
