【摘要】：随着当今篮球比赛对抗的愈发激烈,篮球这项运动不论是从技战术,或是篮球人的个人身体素质都已经是在飞速发展。现如今大学生篮球已经越来越正规化,平时的训练,日常的生活作息,许许多多比赛的安排,充分体现出了学校以及现在的篮协对于大学篮球的重视。当今篮球赛场随着运动员的身体素质不断的提升,竞争越来越强,对抗越来越强,想要赢得比赛越发的困难。其中对抗的加强显而易见,对抗的强度主要体现在了防守方面,所以本文通过对cuba东南赛区4强队伍与华东师大防守效率差异进行研究分析,希望能够从中找出方法提升大学生的篮球综合水平。CUBA东南赛区是CUBA联赛中公认实力较强的赛区之一,东南赛区中华侨大学、浙江大学及中国矿业大学都获得过全国CUBA联赛的总冠军,宁波大学作为一支“新贵”球队,在近两年比赛中均有着优异表现,是公认的强队。CUBA联赛共分东南赛区、东北赛区、西南赛区以及西北赛区这四个赛区,原本联赛规则规定只有每个赛区前两名的球队才能晋级最后的全国八强赛,然而从第13届开始,联赛进行了改革,由全国八强赛改为了全国十六强赛,也就是各个赛区前四强便可晋级全国赛。这对CUBA联赛来说是一次重要的改革,它无疑增进了CUBA联赛的整体竞争力。而本论文便是基于这一基础上,对于东南赛区4强队伍与华东师大的防守效率差异进行研究,分析其在比赛中的各种防守运用情况,观察其对防守是否有着独特的见解,通过分析我们可以了解到防守的好坏程度是不是与比赛成绩成正比。对这几支球队的研究将对我国高校篮球发展及客观评价CUBA大学生篮球联赛水平有着重要的意义。CUBA东南赛区4强球队由于球队风格的,在防守风格上有着各自的作风,但是虽然4支球队的防守作风不同。华东师大在东南赛区是一支比较具有竞争力的球队,但是在与强队的比较中永远占据不到上风,这一点在防守端体现的较为明显,虽然差距并不是太大。华东师大在防守方面给于对手的压迫不够多,有些时候犯规实在过多,而有些时候一场比赛下来没有几次犯规。在碰到如中国矿业大学这种球风彪悍,硬朗的球队时华东师大显得明显没有竞争力,在与中国矿业大学的三次交手中没有获得一场胜利且都是大比分败北就可以看出这一点。
