武术修生论

【摘要】:人类在生理方面与所生存的“环境”之间出现的种种“错位”现象以及由此而生的诸多“健康”问题,引起了我们研究的关注。我们发现,健康且长久的生命状态必然要求我们在生理上与“环境”保持高度的匹配,即人体这个小宇宙应该与社会、自然这个大宇宙保持高度和谐,才是健康的最高境界。其实,这就是中国哲学所表达的“天人合一”境界。我们发现,中国传统有关人体身心运行规律的理解,早就蕴含着深刻的复杂系统科学思想。“性命双修”就是“天人合一”的另一种表述,即通过一些修炼方式,使人体这个小宇宙与大宇宙相协调地“运动”着,在彼此的“共振”运动中,利用宇宙间万事万物的“能量”进行相互交换、相互补充,并使人能够进入到某种“特殊的状态”来进一步适应大宇宙的变化。中国古代哲学中有关对生命、宇宙、运动的很多理论成果,都在武术发展中得以实践运用,这就意味着武术本身具有这样的功能。武术历来就有“通圣”之学与“入俗”之术的分流。作为“通圣”之学,武术被视为一种“生命的修炼”,其最终目的便是达到“天人合一”的境界。这是我们研究的逻辑起点。我们研究的逻辑是:生命是一种“运动”,宇宙是一种“运动”,武术也是一种“运动”,只有这三种“运动”是同一种“运动”规律的不同表现形式,才能在“统一性”的基础上相互地发生“作用”。进一步说,只有很好地阐释了“天人合一”的运动规律,才能彻底地明白武术“通圣”之学存在的价值与意义。整个研究分为(除导论外)方法论、本体论、认识论、实践论四个部分。第一部分“方法论”主要运用了量子物理学和人体复杂系统理论的一些观点,以及“负熵”和“自组织”的概念来重新审视生命的现象,对“生命”这一概念进行了反思式的理论梳理。另外,对“武术”这一概念的思考,我们首先对88篇有关中国武术哲学研究的专业文献进行了综合述评,揭示出研究现状与所存在的研究问题;然后尝试性地运用FSH功能内稳态的理论对“武术修炼”理论进行了阐释性的研究。整个方法论部分围绕“天人合一”中的“人”进行阐述,由于深刻地认识到“人”的“主体不自知”,所以由钱学森提出的“大成智慧”的思想成为了我们研究的方法论。第二部分“本体论”主要运用了谢林的哲学观、室利·阿罗频多的哲学观、普罗提诺的宇宙观、肯·威尔伯的“一体意识”理论、怀特海的“超体”理论、长青哲学的“存在巨链”理论、以及生物中心主义的观点等对生命宇宙的本体,即“天人合一”中的“一”进行了深度地分析与研究。我们发现,对武术本质及其运动规律的认识,绝不能机械地分割成一种肢体的简单运动去研究,其“复杂性”正是集中表现在其“完整性”上,所以必须考虑到生命运动与宇宙运动的“统一性”。我们认为,武术修炼是“练、体、用”系统性极强的一门独立的、修证的学问。真正的武术修炼应当效法《易经》中“泰”卦这一自然法则,以达到“神意气劲形中”六合一统的“安泰”之境;通过内劲的修炼来开启“元精、元气、元神”的潜在功能,实现了整个武术修炼过程的功适能提升,这是中华武术独特之处,也是与其他格斗、搏击术的区别之处。第三部分“认识论”围绕“天人合一”中的“天”而展开研究,是整个研究中最为重要的部分,也是理论创新的部分。从武术基础理论构建出发,我们做了这样的理论假设:如果将武术修炼视为能够推动“生命”进化的过程,那么武术本身必然蕴藏着宇宙演变的规律,这种规律也必然是大宇宙与人体小宇宙之间和谐统一运动的实质。于是,我们提出了一个假设性的结论:所谓武术“修生”,就是在宇宙吸引与排斥所构成的“阴阳运动能场”中为了能动性地平衡宇宙的“回收作用”而延缓“耗能堙灭”过程所进行的一种“智慧”的运动,我们将此称之为“贮能造物”过程。为了阐述并论证我们的观点,我们试图提出一种想象宇宙的新途径,并依此建立一个理性和谐的“天人合一”的哲学图景,在这个图景下使万事万物的“运动”形式相互联结,也使我们与大宇宙相协调。为了与以往的科学概念不发生混乱,我们引入了一个新的哲学概念,来阐述宇宙演化模式:宇宙原云——“礻勿”动子。“礻勿”(shū),是一个组合创造的字,英文翻译为“spiritter”,代表了“精神与物质的合一”。我们试图用“八纲”即八个研究领域(数学、天演、物理、化学、化物、生物、宇宙演化、概念)来详细阐述“礻勿”动子的“大统一”理论,为未来更深入的“生命宇宙学”的研究打下理论基础。在整个研究过程中,我们最重要的科学依据是“能量守恒定律”,这是我们坚信事物可以永远存在下去的最基本的理由,也是我们不能放弃追寻确定性的“第一原因”。因此,我们运用“流动的能量”概念取代“静止的物质”概念。同时,研究以辩证唯物主义为哲学基础,坚持了自然辨证法“运动的物质,物质的运动”的基本观点,并运用数象辩证关系、质能守恒原理、放射性物质衰变等自然科学知识,对“天人关系”这一哲学命题进行创新性的多学科交叉研究。通过放射性物质衰变,从科学的角度论述了在同一种“母力”作用下大宇宙与小宇宙的运动形式具有的“统一性”,进一步解释了“天人合一”的本质与归宿,即宇宙万物的“耗能堙灭”与“贮能造物”的过程都是在宇宙强大的“回收作用”之下所进行的聚散运动。第四部分“实践论”我们主要运用了后人本心理学的“整合”理论、“层次结构”理论、肯·威尔伯的“全子”理论、“四大象限”理论以及ILP整合式生活练习理论,将“天人合一”中的“合”诠释为“共同进化”的观念。通过研究,我们得出这样的结论:以武修生,是一种生命的进化模式,一种智者的运动方式,一种悟“道”的表达形式。这种在对“道”体悟式描述的自觉系统中所实践的“修生主义”,通过主观能动性下从无序向有序发展的“负熵运动”,完成了宇宙“回收作用”下所进行的“贮能造物”的进化过程。
[Abstract]:A variety of "misplaced" phenomena between human beings and the "environment" that they exist, and the resulting "health" problems, have attracted our attention. We have found that a healthy and permanent state of life necessarily requires us to be physically fit with the "environment", that is, the human body, the small universe.
