学导式教学法在大学体育排球垫球教学中的应用

【摘要】:21世纪作为高速发展的人才时代,面对国内外越来越激烈的竞争与挑战,社会愈加需要身心全面发展、拥有创新思维、独立学习能力的高素质的人才,有球教学作为大学体育教育的重要组成部分,肩负着增进大学生身心健康重要使命。然而目前排球教学仍贯穿着传统的教学理念,它忽视学生认识过程的客观规律,将学生视为等待喂食的"鸭",一成不变的向学生灌输、注入死板的理论知识,课堂上反复着讲授示范到练习纠正的固定循环,束缚学生的自觉积极性,剥夺学生的民主性,导致教学效果的下降和教学目标的失败,不利于学生身心素质的发展和自主学习能力的养成。为了培养符合社会要求的人才,改革落后的教学方法和转变陈腐的教学思想成为了大学体育排球教学所面临最迫切的需要。本研究主要采用的教学方法是教学实验法和问卷调查法,同时也才采用了文献资料法、数理统计法和教学实验法等方法对"学导式教学法在大学体育排球垫球教学中的应用"进行研究,确定了教学思想、教学步骤,教学目标,教学评价。通过"自学—解疑—精讲—演练"的学导式教学步骤,将学导式教学法应用于延边大学大学体育排球选项课中,分析该教学模式对学生掌握排球垫球技术和排球学习兴趣所产生的影响,具体分两个方面:①在实验开始前将学生按上课时间周四、周五分为实验组和对照组,通过测试了解学生的原有排球垫球技术和排球学习兴趣,并验证两组间的同质性。②在教学实验过程中教师运用学导式教学法对实验组进行教学,对照组则采用传统教学法教学,近一个学期的教学实验结束后再次对学生的垫球技术与学习兴趣进行测评。最后将实验组和对照组在实验前和实验后得到的数据进行统计、分析和比较,得出以下结论。1.学导式教学法提高了学生的排球垫球技术,更优秀的完成教学目标,提高教学效果。2.学导式教学法提高了学生的排球学习直接兴趣,激发了内在动机,学生对排球运动产生了喜爱,为大学体育排球课营造了良好的学习环境。3.学导式教学法提高了学生的排球学习间接兴趣,使学生在课余时间自觉地投入到排球运动中,潜移默化的培养了学生的体育锻炼意识,更好的培养学生养成终身体育思想。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, in the face of more and more fierce competition and challenges at home and abroad, the 21st century, as the era of high speed development, the society needs more and more high quality talents who have the ability to develop in an all-round way, have innovative thinking and learn independently. As an important part of college physical education, ball teaching shoulders the important mission of improving the physical and mental health of college students. However, volleyball teaching still runs through the traditional teaching idea at present. It ignores the objective law of the students' cognition process, regards the students as "ducks" waiting to be fed, infuses the students with rigid theoretical knowledge. In the classroom, a fixed cycle from demonstration to practice correction is repeatedly taught, which restrains students' conscious enthusiasm, deprives them of democracy, and results in the decline of teaching effect and the failure of teaching objectives. It is not conducive to the development of students' physical and mental quality and the cultivation of autonomous learning ability. In order to train talents who meet the needs of the society, reforming backward teaching methods and changing old teaching ideas has become the most urgent need of college sports volleyball teaching. The main teaching methods used in this study are teaching experiment and questionnaire survey, and the literature method has also been adopted at the same time. This paper studies the application of learning-guided teaching method in the teaching of volleyball cushion ball in college physical education by mathematical statistics and teaching experiment, and determines the teaching thought, teaching steps, teaching objectives and teaching evaluation. Through the teaching steps of "Self-study, doubt solving, intensive Lecture and exercise", the learning-guided teaching method is applied to the elective course of physical volleyball in Yanbian University. This paper analyzes the influence of this teaching mode on students' mastering volleyball cushion technique and learning interest in volleyball, and divides students into experimental group and control group according to the time of class on Thursday and Friday before the experiment. The students' original volleyball cushion technique and volleyball learning interest were studied by testing, and the homogeneity between the two groups was verified. 2. In the process of teaching experiment, the teachers used the learning-guided teaching method to teach the experimental group. In the control group, the traditional teaching method was used, and the students' cushion technique and learning interest were evaluated again after a semester's teaching experiment. Finally, the experimental group and the control group before and after the experimental data obtained statistics, analysis and comparison, draw the following conclusion. 1. Learning-guide teaching method improves students' volleyball cushion technique, completes teaching goal better, and improves teaching effect. Learning-guide teaching method improves students' direct interest in volleyball learning, arouses their intrinsic motivation, and creates a good learning environment for college sports volleyball course. The learning-guide teaching method improves the students' indirect interest in volleyball learning, makes the students consciously put into volleyball in their spare time, imperceptibly cultivates the students' consciousness of physical exercise and fosters the students' lifelong sports thought.
