扬州市区校园足球特色学校足球活动开展现状的调查研究

【摘要】：“十年树木,百年树人”中国足球走出困境不是一朝一夕的事,改革是重中之重。而“校园足球”的开展的目标是增加青少年参与足球的数量同时选拨并培养出优秀的后备人才,也是我国足球改革的重要方式之一,具有一定的研究价值。江苏省扬州市被列为第二批全国青少年校园足球活动布局城市,如今校园足球十年规划已经发展到第六个年头了。虽然扬州市校园足球发展迅速,但是其中存在着很多不合理的现象。截止2016年,教育部公布的全国青少年校园足球特色名单,扬州市共有53所,其中扬州市市区29所。在扬州市教育局发布的《扬州市中小学校园足球联赛方案》中,构建了“校长杯”、“市长杯”、“县长杯”三级竞赛机制。本文研究旨在通过对扬州市市区校园足球特色学校足球活动开展现状的调查与研究,分析当前校园足球特色学校发展和培养所面临的问题,提供有效的理论依据和对策,以此来提高扬州市市区足球运动人才的培养水平,为扬州市足球运动的发展和储备人才的培养提供理论依据和实践指导。本文是以扬州市市区29所校园足球特色学校的开展状况为研究对象,以相对学校领导、老师、学生、学生家长为调查对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法。在确定研究对象后,从学校的领导对开展足球运动的现状调查;学校的足球教师的现状调查;学校的足球硬件设施、教学、课余足球训练和正式比赛的现状调查;学校的学生对足球运动的参与现状调查;学生的家长对校园足球开展和子女参与足球活动的动机调查;学生、家长对开展校园足球需求的调查。通过研究得出以下结论:1.学生安全、学训矛盾等方面原因是造成部分学校组织领导不够重视的主要原因。2.应试教育和子女安全是决定其态度的主要原因,总体上家长仍然是呈不支持态度。3.在竞赛方面,竞赛组织制度上有局限,调查显示足球训练对学生文化课影响很小,但是竞赛时间安排不合理,同时校园足球队训练不专业。4.部分学校的场地设施目前无法满足校园足球活动开展的需要。5.目前从事校园足球的师资学历虽高,但是缺乏专业人才,且受各种因素的影响,精力投入不足,影响校园足球实施与推进。其建议是:1.校足办力量需要充实,加强校园足球的政府职能,完善校园足球的工作机构。2.加大资金投入,寻求社会力量帮助,改善场地设施。3.加强校园足球信息平台建设,提高和改变人们对足球的认识。4.提高足球教师在学校中地位,加强他们的综合素质和专业水平培训。5.完善和创新校园足球制度体系,合理安排竞赛时间。
[Abstract]:"Ten years of trees, a hundred years of people" Chinese football out of the difficult situation is not a matter of one night, reform is the top priority. The goal of "campus football" is to increase the number of young people participating in football and to cultivate excellent reserve talents. It is also one of the important ways of football reform in our country and has certain research value. Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, has been listed as the second batch of national youth campus football activities layout city, now campus football 10 years has developed into the sixth year. Although Yangzhou campus football develops rapidly, but there are a lot of unreasonable phenomena. By 2016, the Ministry of Education has released a list of 53 football features in Yangzhou, including 29 in Yangzhou. In the plan of Yangzhou Primary and Middle School Campus Football League issued by Yangzhou Education Bureau, the three-level competition mechanism of "Principal Cup", "Mayor's Cup" and "County Chief Cup" was constructed. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems faced by the development and cultivation of the campus football characteristic schools in Yangzhou City, and to provide effective theoretical basis and countermeasures through the investigation and research on the present situation of the school football activities in Yangzhou City. In order to improve the training level of football talents in Yangzhou city, it can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of Yangzhou football and the cultivation of reserve talents. This paper takes the development situation of 29 campus football characteristic schools in Yangzhou city as the research object, takes the relative school leaders, teachers and students' parents as the investigation object, adopts the literature method, the questionnaire method. Mathematical statistics and logic analysis methods. After determining the object of study, the author investigates the present situation of developing football from school leaders, the present situation of football teachers in school, the football hardware facilities, teaching, extracurricular football training and formal matches. The current situation of school students' participation in football; the investigation of students' parents' motivation to develop campus football and their children's participation in football activities; and the investigation of students' parents' demand for developing campus football. The following conclusion is drawn from the study: 1. The safety of students and the contradiction of learning and training are the main reasons that some school leaders pay less attention to. 2. Examination-oriented education and child safety are the main reasons for their attitude. In the aspect of competition, the competition organization system is limited. The investigation shows that the football training has little influence on the students' culture class, but the competition time is unreasonable, and the campus football team training is not professional. 4. Some of the campus facilities can not meet the needs of campus football activities. At present, the teachers engaged in campus football have high academic qualifications, but lack of professional talents, and are affected by various factors, energy input is insufficient, which affects the implementation and promotion of campus football. Its suggestion is 1: 1. It is necessary to strengthen the government function of campus football and perfect the working organization of campus football. Increase capital input, seek social strength help, improve site facilities. 3. Strengthen the construction of campus football information platform, improve and change people's understanding of football. Improve the status of football teachers in the school, strengthen their comprehensive quality and professional training. Perfect and innovate the school football system, reasonable arrangement competition time.
