浅析茶叶中矿物质对游泳过程中人体机能的影响

【摘要】:在里约奥运会,游泳是引起人们关注较多的比赛项目之一,其中我国游泳队的参赛者孙杨、宁泽涛一直是人们密切关注的对象,另外,还有"洪荒少女"傅园慧。人们通过游泳,既能放松身体、保持心情愉悦,还能使机体能够得到很好的恢复和加强,体内各项指标均逐渐趋于健康水平,且男女老少皆宜。游泳不仅是大型体育赛事的必选项目,还是人们日常生活中最喜爱的运动之一。基于此,本文阐述了游泳过程中人体生理及机能产生的变化,从茶叶矿物质的角度,分析了茶叶中的矿物组成对人体机能恢复和增强,以期实现茶叶在游泳运动领域的拓展应用。

Based on this, this paper expounds the changes of human physiology and function during the swimming process, and analyses the tea from the angle of tea mineral. The mineral composition will restore and enhance the function of human body in order to expand the application of tea in the field of swimming.
