越南财经大学学生课外体育活动现状与发展对策

【摘要】：为推动越南大学生广泛参加课外体育活动,完善大学课外体育活动发展的理论与实践,本研究以越南财经大学为例剖析了大学课外体育活动的发展。通过文献资料发,专家访谈法,问卷调查法,数理统计法,逻辑分析法等方法获取了研究所需要的数据主要结论:1、越南财经大学学生参与课外体育活动态度积极,多数学生喜欢参加课外体育活动;参与课外体育活动的动机方面,增进身心健康、掌握健身方法是财经大学学生参加课外体育活动的主要动机。2、越南财经大学不同专业学生参加课外体育活动的态度、活动动机、活动时间、活动频率、活动形式没有显著性的差异。3、越南财经大学学生参加课外体育活动的内容选择呈现多样化,健美、游泳,足球、排球等项目受喜爱程度高。虽然大多数学生已经认识到了校内体育活动的意义和重要性,但是仍有学生对参与课外体育活动没有兴趣。4、越南财经大学课外体育活动的体育场地和体育设施不足,冬季室内体育场馆匮乏,严重的影响大学生参与课外体育活动的积极性。5、加大已有体育场馆利用率;提高学生参与课外体育活动的兴趣;构建多元化活动途径、发挥学生体育社团的积极性;提高体育教师专业素质;创新校园体育文化,营造体育氛围是越南财经大学实施课外体育活动的主要措施。建议:1、课外体育活动的组织上,可以借助国外一些好的形式。比如,中国学校课外体育运动均由学生社团(体育协会)组织,学生几乎都加入这种学生社团,并付诸实施。2、以体育竞赛带动学生对体育参与的兴趣,让财经大学的学生们体会到锻炼的快乐,自觉主动地加入到课外体育活动中。3、课外体育活动关键是组织管理,建立课外体育活动组织体系迫在眉睫。学校体育管理人员要亲自参与管理,校团委,年级组长,班主任要积极配合,体育教师主要负责实施。在班级内,学校内,区域内利用课外活动时间举行体育竞赛。4、学校对推动课外体育活动注重硬件和软件方面的建设。硬件方面,体育场地和设备器材的建设和购买,同时充分利用社会资源。软件方面,创新越南大学课外体育活动的文化,提倡教师对大学生课外体育活动的指导。5、改善阻碍课外体育活动工作的主观与客观因素。6、采取各种奖励和鼓励措施,使学生形成好的体育锻炼习惯,养成终生体育的行为。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the extensive participation of Vietnamese college students in extracurricular sports activities and improve the theory and practice of the development of extracurricular sports activities in universities, this study takes Vietnam finance and economics university as an example to analyze the development of extracurricular sports activities in universities.
