体育教育专业体操类学生特色课间操创编能力培养的研究

【摘要】:根据现代社会发展对体育全能型的人才培养要求,秉承学院“以体为主,培养一专多能的现代应用型人才”的理念作为指导思想,按照强化实践、增强适应性、培养实践创新能力的应用型人才的思路,借助“国培计划”教学资源平台,以特色课间操创编实践培养体育教育专业体操类学生创编与实践教学能力。培养学生成为熟练掌握自己本专业的知识,并且具备能够从事体操类项目教学与创编的能力。本文主要采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地观察法等方法对体育教育专业体操类学生的特色课间操创编能力的培养进行研究。笔者通过参与2016年轻器械特色课间操创编,对体操类学生的特色课间操创编能力培养过程、特色课间操创编能力培养要素、创编任务的完成情况及创编能力要素掌握情况等进行调查分析。并得出以下结论:(1)特色课间操创编能力培养目标与体操类学生培养目标相符,有利于培养创新型复合人才。(2)主要通过培养体操类学生进行特色课间操的创编实践、教学实习、国培教学和社会实践等平台。将特色课间操融入课内课外的教学和创编、校内校外的实践和推广,有效地培养了学生的创编与实践教学能力。(3)体操类学生的课程设置包含了专业理论课程与专业技术课程,涵盖了体操类学生所需要的必备技能。但是体操类学生课程设置中与特色课间操创编相关的课程仅有操类项目的创编与实践。(4)体操类学生特色课间操创编中音乐的剪辑与处理多为研究生或指导老师帮忙剪辑,部分学生为自己剪辑。学生动作要素的主要来源为技术课积累、专业课学习、视频等,自己创编的动作多为已有动作的改造。(5)体操类学生创编能力的培养在创编过程中受到自身、教师、课程、场地等影响。创编过程未能在中小学进行成果验证,对中小学生课间操的现实需要了解不够充分等。(6)通过特色课间操的创编能力的培养,体操类学生掌握了创编的基本知识、基本方法和手段,获得了基本的创编能力。
[Abstract]:According to the requirements of modern social development for the cultivation of all-around sports talents, the college should take the idea of "taking physical education as the main task and cultivating modern application-oriented talents with special abilities" as its guiding ideology, and strengthen its adaptability in accordance with the strengthening of its practice. The train of thought of cultivating applied talents with practical innovation ability, with the aid of the teaching resource platform of "national training plan", develops the ability of creation and practical teaching of gymnastic students of physical education major with the practice of creating exercises in special class. Train students to become proficient in their own professional knowledge, and be able to engage in gymnastics teaching and creative ability. In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire and field observation were used to study the cultivation of the creative ability of gymnastics students in physical education major. The author takes part in the process of cultivating the students' creative ability in the special class of gymnastics by participating in the creative exercises of 2016 young equipment class, and the training elements of the creative ability of the students of the special class. To investigate and analyze the completion of the creation task and the knowledge of the creative ability elements. The following conclusions are drawn: (1) the training goal of the creative ability of the characteristic class is consistent with the goal of cultivating the gymnastic students, which is beneficial to the cultivation of creative compound talents. 2) mainly through the cultivation of gymnastics students to carry out the creative practice of the characteristic class exercises, the teaching practice is carried out. Guopei teaching and social practice and other platforms. Integrating the characteristic class exercises into the teaching and creation outside the class, and the practice and popularization outside the school, effectively cultivate the students' creative and practical teaching ability. 3) the curriculum setup of the gymnastics students includes the professional theory curriculum and the specialized technical course. However, in the course setup of gymnastics students, the only courses related to the creation of special class exercises are the creation and practice of gymnastics items) the editing and processing of music in the creation of gymnastics students' characteristic classes is mostly for the help of graduate students or guidance teachers. The main sources of the students' action elements are the accumulation of technical classes, the study of professional classes, the video, etc., and most of the actions created by themselves are the transformation of the existing movements. (5) the cultivation of the creative ability of gymnastics students receives their own, teachers, and courses in the process of creation.
