网球在我国传统项目学校开展现状研究

【摘要】：本文的研究对象是我国开展网球项目的传统项目学校，网球项目作为我国一项比较年轻的项目，在我国的发展已有所成效，通过对近几年我国体育传统项目学校中开展体育运动项目的种类进行统计发现，开展网球运动的学校数量正在逐渐增加，并且在各体育项目的开展学校数量排名中能够位列第十名，因此研究我国网球传统项目的发展及发展中遇到的问题，为今后网球运动项目的发展提供理论依据和成功经验，已经是迫在眉睫、更是很有意义的事情。本文主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对我国10个省份40所网球传统项目学校展开了调查，分析得出我国传统项目学校在开展网球项目的进程中遇到的问题和障碍，比如评审工作得不到重视，开展田径、足球、篮球、排球等项目的学校众多，形成了严重的扎堆现象，却忽略了近年来逐渐在我国逐渐发展起来的中国新兴项目——网球运动；网球传统项目学校的分布有着明显的地域差异，大部分网球传统项目学校分布在中东部地区，而西部地区几乎是没有；项目执教人员不足以及教师资质有待提高；训练方法过于单调且训练成果不佳；学校对于上级管理办法的实施有时不是太妥当；网球场馆和设备不够充足，学生运动员所处的外界条件较差；上级领导部门的经费投入不足以网球传统项目学校开展训练及比赛等活动，，另外学校本身的造血功能不足；挑选学生运动员的范围和技术有待提高。通过这次调查研究，可以看到我国网球传统项目学校还有很多地方要提高和改进，主要可以从政策支持、增加经费投入、提高师资力量、提高运动员选材的质量、优化场地设施和外在环境、疏通后备人才输送渠道、建立健全网球传统项目学校发展的规章制度等方面来完善和改进我国网球传统学校发展的大环境。
[Abstract]:The research object of this paper is the traditional project school of tennis in our country. As a relatively young project in China, tennis has been achieved in our country. Through the analysis of the types of sports events in the sports traditional sports schools in China in recent years, the number of schools to carry out tennis is being carried out. Gradually increasing, and in the number of sports in the number of schools in the number ranking can be ranked tenth, so it is urgent to study the problems encountered in the development and development of Chinese tennis traditional projects and to provide theoretical basis and successful experience for the development of tennis sports projects in the future.
This article mainly uses the literature material method, the expert interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the mathematical statistics method to carry out the investigation to 40 tennis traditional project schools in 10 provinces of our country. The analysis shows that the problems and obstacles encountered by the traditional project schools in the process of carrying out the tennis project are not paid much attention to, such as the track and field, the football, and the basketball. There are many schools in the ball, volleyball and other projects, forming a serious puddling phenomenon, but neglecting the gradual development of China's new project, tennis sport, which has gradually developed in China in recent years. There are obvious regional differences in the distribution of tennis traditional project schools, most of the tennis traditional items are distributed in the Middle East and East, and the western regions are a few. It is not; the lack of project coaching staff and teachers' qualifications need to be improved; the training methods are too monotonous and the training results are not good; the schools are sometimes not too appropriate for the implementation of the superior management methods; the tennis venues and equipment are not enough, the outside conditions of the student athletes are poor; the funds from the superior departments are not invested. Enough tennis traditional project schools to carry out training and competitions and other activities, in addition to the lack of hematopoietic function of the school itself; the selection of the range and technology of student athletes need to be improved.
Through this investigation, we can see that there are many places to improve and improve the traditional tennis school in our country, mainly from the policy support, the increase of funds, the improvement of teachers' strength, the improvement of the quality of the athletes, the optimization of the facilities and the external environment, the dredging of the transportation channels for the reserve talents, and the establishment and improvement of the traditional tennis project. The rules and regulations of the school development will improve and improve the environment for the development of tennis traditional schools in China.
