“CBE”教学模式在高师体育教育专业跳远普修课教学中的实验研究

【摘要】:高等师范院校体育教育专业是培养未来体育教师的中坚力量,肩负着为社会和国家培养复合型体育教育人才的重任。因此,高等师范院校体育教育专业更注重人才能力的培养,这也符合当下国家提出培养核心素养的战略要求。就目前高等师范院校毕业生就业情况来看,我国的高等师范院校体育教育专业教学面临极大的挑战,他们的综合能力远远达不到社会所需要的要求。若要解决这个难题,各级有关部门和高等师范类体育院校就应该高度重视体育教育专业人才的培养,加强锻炼学生的教育实践,转变教师的教育理念,在整个教学过程中注重培养教育体育人才的能力。而“CBE”教学模式正是以能力培养为重心,以未来职业需求为目的的一种教学模式,它正好符合现代教育改革的要求,符合社会的教育理念。因此,本文将“CBE”教学模式运用到高师体育教育专业跳远普修课中进行实验研究,为高等师范院校体育教育专业教师从事田径教学提供一个新的思路,为构建高等师范院校田径新的教学模式,提高培养人才的质量提供参考意见。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,以“CBE”教学模式在高师体育教育专业跳远普修课教学中的实验研究为研究对象,以山西师范大学体育学院2015级体育教育专业1504班的学生为实验对象,对其进行14周的跳远教学实验,尝试将“CBE”教学模式运用到跳远普修课教学中。目的在于探究“CBE”教学模式是否可以应用到跳远普修课教学中,是否对学生的身体素质、学生的跳远技评成绩、达标成绩、教学实践能力以及学生学习跳远的学习兴趣、学习态度和学习动机产生积极的影响并分析其原因,进一步探究“CBE”教学模式产生的教学效果。教学实验结束后,经过对比分析,得出以下结论:1.在高师体育教育专业跳远普修课中运用以能力培养为教学根本,以未来职业需求为目的的“CBE”教学模式是可行的并取得了良好的教学效果。2.经过14周的跳远教学实验后,通过独立样本T检验可知:实验组学生的身体素质(立定跳远、原地纵跳摸高、30m站立式起跑、20s仰卧起坐)都明显优于对照组学生的身体素质(立定跳远、原地纵跳摸高、30m站立式起跑、20s仰卧起坐),表明了“CBE”教学模式相比传统教学模式更适合未来的跳远教学。3.在高师体育教育专业跳远普修课中运用“CBE”教学模式学生的技评成绩、达标成绩均高于传统教学模式教学,研究结果显示:实验组学生与对照组学生的技评成绩、达标成绩均有显著性差异,表明“CBE”教学模式的实施对提高学生学习跳远有显著性的作用。4.在高师体育教育专业跳远普修课教学中运用“CBE”教学模式,通过自身的体验和同学之间的沟通交流,使学生的教学实践能力得到了明显的提高,且相对于传统教学模式比较来看,两者的结果呈显著性差异。5.在高师体育教育专业跳远普修课教学中运用“CBE”教学模式,比传统教学模式更有利于提高学生的学习兴趣、改善学生的学习态度、激发学生的学习动机,学生对于这种新的教学模式还是可以接受比较赞同的,这将更加有利于学生对跳远的学习和掌握。
[Abstract]:The major of physical education in normal colleges and universities is the backbone of training the future sports teachers, and is shouldering the task of cultivating the talents of compound sports education for the society and the country. Therefore, the physical education major of the normal colleges and universities pays more attention to the training of the talent ability, which is also in line with the strategic requirements of the present state to cultivate the core literacy. In view of the employment situation of normal college graduates, the teaching of Physical Education Majors in normal universities in China is facing great challenges. Their comprehensive ability is far from the needs of the society. If we want to solve this problem, the relevant departments at all levels and the physical education colleges of higher normal schools should attach great importance to the professional talents of physical education. Training, strengthening the education practice of the students, changing the educational idea of the teachers, and paying attention to the training of the ability of education and sports talents in the whole teaching process. The "CBE" teaching mode is a teaching mode with the focus of ability training and the purpose of future career needs, which coincides with the requirements of modern education reform and is in line with the society. Therefore, this article applies the "CBE" teaching model to the experimental study of the long jump in the major of physical education in normal universities, and provides a new way of thinking for the physical education teachers in normal colleges and universities to engage in track and field teaching, and provides a reference for the construction of the new teaching mode of the track and field in normal universities and the improvement of the quality of training talents. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the experimental research of "CBE" teaching mode in the long jump teaching of the major of physical education in Teachers College, and takes the students of the 1504 class of the 2015 class of physical education major of the College of physical education of Shanxi Normal University as the experimental object. In the 14 week long jump teaching experiment, we try to apply the "CBE" teaching model to the long jump teaching. The purpose is to explore whether the "CBE" teaching mode can be applied to the long jump teaching, whether the students' physical quality, the student's long jump performance, the achievement of the standard, the teaching practice and the long jump of the students. Xi Xing interest, learning attitude and motivation have positive impact and analysis of the reasons, further explore the teaching effect of "CBE" teaching model. After the conclusion of the teaching experiment, through comparative analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. in the long jump of the physical education major of higher normal school, we use the ability training to be the basic teaching and the future career needs. The "CBE" teaching model is feasible and has achieved good teaching effect. After 14 weeks of long jump teaching experiment, it is known through the independent sample T test that the physical qualities of the students in the experimental group are obviously superior to those of the control group (standing jump, vertical jump of the place, the vertical start of 30m station, and the supine sitting in 20s). It shows that the "CBE" teaching mode is more suitable for the future long jump teaching than the traditional teaching mode, and that the "CBE" teaching mode is more suitable for the future long jump teaching by using "CBE" teaching mode. The results of the "CBE" teaching mode are higher than the traditional teaching mode, and the results are higher than the traditional teaching mode. The results showed that there were significant differences between the students of the experimental group and the control group, which showed that the implementation of the "CBE" teaching mode had a significant effect on improving the long jump of students' learning..4. was used in the teaching of "CBE" in the long jump teaching of the major of physical education of higher normal schools, and through their own experience and between the students. In comparison with the traditional teaching mode, the results show significant difference compared with the traditional teaching mode. The use of "CBE" teaching mode in the long jump teaching of the PE major of normal college is better than the traditional teaching model, which is more beneficial to improve the students' learning interest and improve the learning than the traditional teaching model. The students' learning attitude can stimulate the students' learning motivation, and the students can agree with this new teaching model, which will be more conducive to the students' learning and mastery of the long jump.
