高职院校电气自动化专业学生职业体能培养方法的研究

【摘要】:高等职业技术院校的体育教育具有独特性。一方面增强学生的身体素质是高校体育教育的本质内容,另一方面为学生将来更好地适应劳动强度较高的工作,储备对职业有益的身体锻炼知识是不可或缺的。本文探讨高职院校在提高学生的职业体能方面存在的问题和创新,仔细分析和研究甘肃机电职业技术学院学生职业体能的培养,结合高职院校的实情和需求,提炼出了高职院校的职业体能培养的方法。本论文主要采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、对比分析法、实证研究法等方法,以甘肃机电职业技术学院电气自动化专业为研究样本,以该专业学生的身体测试数据为研究的主要数据采集点,深入挖掘出高职院校体育课内容设置方面存在一些不足,通过跟踪观察电气自动化专业职业体能教学的课程设置、运行方式和实施效果检验等方面,对学生的职业体能教育进行行分析、归纳、总结得出结论:1、目前我国绝大部分高职院校都开设了电气自动化专业,毕业生大多负责电器生产、机电设备的安装、测试及检修工作,大部分电气类企业的用人标准和职业体能的基本要求:手臂有力量,尤其是手指灵活、上肢肌肉发达、腰腹部力量充足、较好的耐力和心肺功能、能够长时间的在有噪音和气味的环境下进行工作、具备吃苦耐劳的精神。2、目前我国高职电气自动化专业体育课主要存在问题:现有高职体育课程的内容设置方面很少考虑把体育教育与职业教育两者结合在一起;课程内容较为单一、传统,缺乏趣味,学生学习热情不高;现有体育教学模式过于死板,受到传统教学方式的束缚,没有加入职业体能教育元素,培养目标缺乏针对性等问题。3、“结合式”职业体能培养方法能有效提高学生的身体素质和职业素质。通过电气自动化专业“结合式”实验教学,对比两组学生的变化,在高职院校开展职业体能教学是推进高职体育教学改革的重要举措。4、“结合式”的职业体能培养方法,为高等职业技术院校针对理工科学生的职业体能培养提供一定的参考,也对高职院校在今后职业体能教育方法的运用提供宝贵的经验,经过试验证明具有可行性、有效性,可在部分职业院校实行推广。5、本研究在实施的过程中由于试验条件所限,试验内容的选择还不是很精细,在后期的研究中优化出与各专业类型高度对应的职业体能培养方法是我需要努力的方向。
[Abstract]:The physical education in higher vocational and technical colleges is unique. On the one hand, enhancing students' physical fitness is the essential content of physical education in colleges and universities, on the other hand, it is indispensable for students to better adapt to the work with higher labor intensity in the future. This paper discusses the problems and innovations in improving students' professional physical ability in higher vocational colleges, analyzes and studies carefully the cultivation of students' professional physical fitness in Gansu Electromechanical Vocational College, and combines with the reality and needs of higher vocational colleges. The methods of vocational physical training in higher vocational colleges are refined. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, empirical research and so on, taking the electrical automation major of Gansu Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College as the research sample. Taking the body test data of the major students as the main data collection point of the study, the author deeply excavates some deficiencies in setting the content of physical education in higher vocational colleges and universities, and observes the curriculum setting of professional physical fitness teaching in electrical automation major by following up. In the aspects of operation mode and effect test, this paper analyzes the students' vocational physical education, sums up the conclusion: 1. At present, most of the higher vocational colleges in our country have set up electrical automation specialty, and most of the graduates are responsible for electrical appliance production. The installation, testing and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, the employment standards of most electrical enterprises and the basic requirements of professional physical fitness: the strength of the arms, especially the flexibility of the fingers, the muscular strength of the upper limbs, the ample strength of the waist and abdomen, Better endurance and cardiopulmonary function, able to work for long periods of time in noisy and odorous environments, At present, there are some problems in PE course of electrical automation major in higher vocational education in our country: the content of physical education curriculum in higher vocational education is seldom considered to combine physical education with vocational education; The curriculum content is relatively single, traditional, lack of interest, students' enthusiasm for learning is not high; the existing physical education model is too rigid, restricted by the traditional teaching methods, did not add the elements of professional physical education, The training goal is short of pertinence and so on. 3. The method of "combined" vocational physical training can effectively improve the students' physical and professional quality. Through "combined" experiment teaching of electrical automation specialty, comparing the changes of two groups of students, developing vocational physical fitness teaching in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to promote the reform of physical education in higher vocational education. It provides a certain reference for the higher vocational and technical colleges to train the professional physical ability of the students of science and engineering, and also provides valuable experience for the application of the vocational physical fitness education method in the future in the higher vocational colleges. The experiment proves that it is feasible and effective. It can be popularized in some vocational colleges and universities. In the process of implementation of this study, due to the limitation of experimental conditions, the selection of experimental content is not very fine. In the later stage of research, I need to optimize the professional physical training method which is highly corresponding to the professional types.
