高校网球普修课视频反馈教学实验研究

【摘要】:网球作为一项新兴项目越发受到高校大学生的青睐,然而目前高校网球普修课开设的时间较少,网球项目本身技术性较强,相对其他项目来说较难掌握,常规的教学难以达到理想效果,因此寻求新的途径来提升网球普修课学生的技能迫在眉睫。视频反馈这一手段可以直观的反映出技术动作的操作过程,因此对网球普修课教学进行视频反馈是一项很有意义、值得尝试的课题。本文以河南师范大学2014级体育教育专业3班和6班学生为实验对象,通过文献资料法、实验法、调查法、数理统计法等方法,对高校网球普修课视频反馈教学实验进行研究,主要针对手机视频反馈对学生网球技能掌握的影响进行研究,结果表明:1.视频反馈教学有效激发了学生学习的兴趣,提升学生的自信心和对网球技能的认知水平;常规教学仅可提升学生对网球技能的认知水平,但效果不如视频反馈教学的效果。2.整体技能教学过程中,视频反馈促进并加强了师生和生生间的交流,学生主体性得到充分发挥,视频反馈手段作用更加突出,活跃了课堂氛围、提升了学习效果。3.视频反馈教学对学生自主学习能力的提升效果显著好于常规教学对学生自主学习能力的提升效果。4.视频反馈教学对学生技术的提升效果显著好于常规教学对学生技术的提升效果。为了视频反馈教学更好的开展,提出了以下建议:1.视频反馈被应用于多种体育项目教学之中,其成效也得到其他学者们的认同,越来越成为体育教学中的重要组成部分,建议高校推广。2.在对学生进行视频反馈的同时,教师的语言应中肯、准确且客观,使得学生对教师的评判的得以信任,容易接受教师的指导,同时要注意多采用鼓励性语言。3.本研究所选取的教学实验对象层次单一,仅为拥有一定身体素质基础的高校体育教育专业的初学者,视频反馈教学手段对其技能学习有所帮助,但是否有助于其他水平层次的学生对技术掌握,以及应用于其他项目是否同样有效,建议有条件者可继续进行研究,并能为此教学实验的结论做进一步的补充。
[Abstract]:As a new project, tennis is more and more popular among college students. However, at present, the general courses of tennis in colleges and universities have less time to be set up, and tennis projects themselves are more technical and difficult to master compared with other projects. Conventional teaching is difficult to achieve ideal results, so it is urgent to find new ways to improve the skills of students in general tennis courses. The method of video feedback can reflect the operation process of technical action intuitively, so it is a meaningful and worthwhile topic to carry on video feedback to tennis general course teaching. This paper takes the students of Class 3 and Class 6 of physical Education in Henan normal University as the experimental objects. Through the methods of literature, experiment, investigation and mathematical statistics, the experiment of video feedback teaching of tennis general course in colleges and universities is studied. The effect of mobile video feedback on students' tennis skills was studied, and the result showed that: 1. Video feedback teaching can effectively stimulate students' interest in learning, improve students' self-confidence and cognitive level of tennis skills, while conventional teaching can only improve students' cognitive level of tennis skills, but the effect is not as good as that of video feedback teaching. In the process of overall skill teaching, video feedback promotes and strengthens the communication between teachers and students, the students' subjectivity is brought into full play, the role of video feedback is more prominent, the classroom atmosphere is active, and the learning effect is improved by .3. The effect of video feedback teaching on the improvement of students' autonomous learning ability is better than that of conventional teaching. The effect of video feedback teaching on improving students' technology is better than that of conventional teaching. In order to carry out the video feedback teaching better, this paper puts forward the following advice: 1. Video feedback has been used in many kinds of sports teaching, and its effect has been recognized by other scholars, and it has become an important part of physical education teaching. It is suggested that colleges and universities should promote .2. At the same time, the teacher's language should be fair, accurate and objective, so that students can trust the teacher's judgment, accept the teacher's instruction easily, and pay more attention to the encouraging language .3. The teaching experiment object selected in this study is single level, only for the beginners of physical education major in colleges and universities with certain physical fitness, and the video feedback teaching method is helpful to their skill learning. But whether it is helpful for students at other levels to master the technology, and whether it is equally effective in other projects, it is suggested that those who are in a position to do so can continue to do research, and can further supplement the conclusion of teaching experiments.
