从PRKAG3基因筛选与运动能力相关基因指标研究

【摘要】:研究目的:探讨PRKAG3基因多态性与运动能力的关联性研究,以期为运动员选材提供基因指标。研究内容:研究一:PRKAG3基因多态性在运动员组与普通人组的关联性研究。研究对象:本研究对象共215名,被分为两组:江西省优秀运动员组和普通人群对照组。其中运动员组(case组)96名优秀运动员(国家体育总局注册健将级和一级)。对照组(control组)119名普通大学生,且与运动员籍贯、民族、性别、年龄相匹配的健康无运动经验。所有研究对象均知情同意。研究方法:通过case-control分析PRKAG3基因位点rs6436094,Pro71Ala单核苷酸多态性在运动员组与对照组的分布特征。研究结果:Pro71Ala多态性在女子无氧运动员中CC型者分布频率显著高于对照组,在男子运动员中携C等位基因者分布频率显著高于对照组。研究二:PRKAG3基因多态性与运动能力相关指标的关联性研究研究对象:38名中国汉族有氧项目运动员(男性24名,女性14名)均为国家体育总局注册的一级以上运动员,分别来自赛艇、皮划艇有氧运动项目,所有研究对象知情同意。研究方法:通过cross-sectional association studies,观察PRKAG3基因位点rs6436094,Pro71Ala单核苷酸多态性与运动员运动能力相关指标的关联性研究。研究结果:①在体成分相关指标中,PRKAG3基因rs6436094多态位点在有氧女子运动员中,不同基因型间脂肪百分比中呈非常显著性差异,其中携(AA+AG)型体成分相关指标均高于GG野生型。②在最大摄氧量、通气无氧阈相关指标中,PRKAG3基因rs6436094多态性在女子运动员最大摄氧量相对值不同基因型间具有显著性差异趋势,即携GG型者高于携A型者。③在HRV频域相关指标中,男子运动员Pro71Ala位点在心率变异性(HRV)不同基因型间安静状态下的总功率(TP)呈差异性具有统计学意义,即携CC型者显著高于携(CG+GG)型者。研究结论:PRKAG3基因rs6436094位点携GG型者及Pro71Ala位点携CC型者可能可以作为运动员选材用基因标记,但还需加大样本量进一步论证。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between PRKAG3 gene polymorphism and athletic ability in order to provide genetic index for athletes. Content: to study the association of 1: PRKAG3 gene polymorphism between athletes and ordinary people. Participants: 215 subjects were divided into two groups: Jiangxi elite athletes group and general population control group. There are 96 outstanding athletes in the athletes group. The control group consisted of 119 ordinary college students, and had no exercise experience matching the athletes' place of origin, nationality, sex and age. All subjects were informed consent. Methods: the distribution characteristics of PRKAG3 gene locus rs6436094 Pro71Ala in athletes and control group were analyzed by case-control. Results the distribution frequency of the CC type polymorphism in female anaerobic athletes was significantly higher than that in the control group, and that in the male athletes with C allele was significantly higher than that in the control group. To study the relationship between the polymorphism of the 2: PRKAG3 gene and the related indexes of sports ability; subjects: 38 Chinese Han aerobic athletes (24 males and 14 females) were all first class athletes registered by the State Sports Administration. From rowing and canoeing aerobic events, all the subjects were informed consent. Methods: cross-sectional association studieswere used to observe the association between rs6436094-Pro71Ala single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in PRKAG3 gene locus and sports ability of athletes. Results there were significant differences in the percentage of fat among different genotypes among female aerobic athletes at the rs6436094 polymorphic locus of PRKAG3 gene in the relative indexes of body composition. The relative indexes of body composition of AA type were higher than that of GG wild-type .2 in maximal oxygen uptake. The rs6436094 polymorphism of PRKAG3 gene was significantly different among different genotypes of maximal oxygen uptake of female athletes in the related index of ventilation anaerobic threshold. In HRV frequency domain correlation indexes, the total power TPs of male athletes' Pro71Ala locus in different genotypes of HRV were significantly higher than those of GG carriers. The patients with CC type were significantly higher than those with CG GG type. Conclusion the rs6436094 locus carrying GG type and the Pro71Ala locus carrying CC type could be used as genetic markers for athletes, but the sample size should be further demonstrated.
