全身振动训练对老年人跌倒风险的影响

【摘要】:目的:通过分析和比较全身振动训练前后受试者的平衡能力以及下肢肌肉力量的变化,论证其对老年人预防和降低跌倒风险的影响。为老年人预防和降低跌倒风险以及选择运动干预方式,提供了一定的科学理论依据。方法:将符合纳入标准34名老年受试者随机分成两组,一组为实验组,即在振动仪开启时完成所规定的动作。另一组为对照组,即在振动仪关闭的状态下完成所规定的动作。两组受试者共进行持续12周,每周3次的运动干预。采用老年人平衡能力测试量表、5次坐立实验、闭眼强化Romberg征、美国BIODEX平衡测试系统,进行平衡能力以及下肢肌力的指标测试。并将实验前后的各项指标进行数据统计与分析。结果:(1)静态平衡能力,实验组具有显著提高(P0.05),对照组无显著提高(P0.05),两组间无显著差异(P0.05)。(2)姿势控制能力,实验组具有显著提高(P0.05),对照组具有显著提高(P0.05),两组间并无显著差异(P0.05)。(3)动态平衡能力,实验组具有特别显著提高(P0.01),对照组具有显著提高(P0.05),两组间具有显著差异(P0.05)。(4)5次坐立实验,实验组具有显著提高(P0.05),对照组具有显著提高(P0.05),两组间具有显著差异(P0.05)。(5)闭眼强化Romberg征,实验组具有显著提高(P0.05),对照组无显著提高(P0.05),两组间无显著差异(P0.05)。(6)8个方向稳定极限的总得分,实验组具有显著提高(P0.05),对照组无显著;后/左方向得分,实验组具有非常显著提高(P0.01),对照组具有显著提高(P0.05),两组间具有显著差异(P0.05);前/右方向得分,实验组与对照组相比,具有非常显著提高(P0.01)。结论:(1)经过12周的全身振动训练,老年人静态平衡能力测试量表和闭眼强化Romberg征的数值都有显著优化。说明,全身振动训练能够显著提高老年人的静态平衡能力。(2)经过12周全身振动训练,老年人动态平衡能力测试量表以及BIODEX平衡能力测试的数值都得到非常显著改善。说明,全身振动训练能够非常显著的提高老年人的动态平衡能力。(3)经过12周全身振动训练,老年人姿势控制能力测试量表的数值得到显著改善。说明,全身振动训练能够显著提高老年人姿势控制能力。(4)经过12周全身振动训练,能够有效降低和预防老年人跌倒的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective: by analyzing and comparing the balance ability of the subjects before and after the whole body vibration training and the changes of the muscle strength of the lower extremities, this paper demonstrates the effect on the risk of preventing and reducing the fall of the elderly. It provides some scientific theoretical basis for the elderly to prevent and reduce the risk of fall and to choose the way of exercise intervention. The standard 34 elderly subjects were randomly divided into two groups. One group was the experimental group, that is, the required action was completed when the vibrator was opened. The other group was the control group, that is, the prescribed action was completed under the condition of the vibration instrument closed. The two groups were performed for 12 weeks and 3 times a week. The elderly balance ability test scale, 5 times, was used. The sitting test, closed eye enhancement Romberg sign, American BIODEX balance test system, the balance ability and the index test of lower limb muscle strength, and statistics and analysis of all the indexes before and after the experiment. (6) the total score of the 8 direction stability limit, the experimental group was significantly improved (P0.05), There was no significant difference in the control group; the experimental group was significantly improved (P0.01) and the control group was significantly improved (P0.05). The two groups had significant differences (P0.05). The front / right direction scores were significantly improved (P0.01) compared with the control group (P0.01). Conclusion: (1) after 12 weeks of whole body vibration training, the static equilibrium energy of the elderly The values of the force test scale and the closed eye enhanced Romberg sign have been significantly optimized. It shows that the whole body vibration training can significantly improve the static balance ability of the elderly. (2) after 12 weeks of whole body vibration training, the dynamic balance ability test scale of the elderly and the BIODEX balance ability test have been greatly improved. Dynamic training can greatly improve the dynamic balance ability of the elderly. (3) after 12 weeks of whole body vibration training, the value of the postural control test scale of the elderly has been significantly improved. It shows that the whole body vibration training can significantly improve the posture control ability of the elderly. (4) after 12 weeks of whole body vibration training, it can be effectively reduced and prevented. The fall of the elderly occurs.
