贵州群众性户外运动赛事可持续发展的影响因素研究

【摘要】：随着我国群众性户外运动赛事的蓬勃发展,贵州省加大了对户外运动赛事的投入力度,有效推动了贵州群众性户外运动赛事的发展。但由于缺乏专业的赛事运营团队等原因造成了生态环境破坏、人员伤亡等问题,影响了赛事的正常举办。为促进贵州群众性户外运动赛事健康、可持续发展,有必要探讨影响贵州群众性户外运动赛事可持续发展的因素。由于群众性户外运动赛事是一个复杂的系统,群众性户外运动赛事的可持续发展受到诸多因素制约。文本运用WSR方法对群众性户外运动赛事可持续发展的要素进行分析、构建了群众性户外运动赛事可持续发展的评价模型。从物理(W)、事理(S)、人理(R)三个维度研究各要素与群众性户外运动赛事可持续发展的关系。研究结果显示三个维度的要素与群众性户外运动赛事的可持续发展相关,具体表现在运动技能与群众性户外运动赛事的可续持发展微弱相关;赛事价值、赛事运营、参与状态与群众性户外运动赛事的可续持发展中度相关;赛事资源、市场需求、项目类别、工作能力与群众性户外运动赛事的可续持发展高度相关;赛事宣传、政策制度、赛事设计、赛事保障与群众性户外运动赛事的可续持发展显著相关。根据研究结论,从物理(W)、事理(S)、人理(R)三个维度提出了促进贵州群众性户外运动赛事可持续发展的建议。物理维度:一是加强资源的挖掘、开发与保护,丰富群众性户外运动赛事内容,为贵州持续举办群众性户外运动赛事增添新的活力。二是培育群众性户外运动赛事的市场需求,激发群众参赛的积极性和主动性,为贵州持续举办群众性户外运动赛事提供持久的动力。三是充分挖掘赛事的价值,促进赛事举办地经济、社会、文化、生态的发展,为贵州群众性户外运动赛事的可持续发展创造有利的条件。事理维度:一是加大基础设施建设,完善群众性户外运动赛事的保障体系,为贵州持续举办群众性户外运动赛事打下坚实的基础。二是继续完善相关法律、政策制度,清除群众性户外运动赛事发展的障碍,为贵州群众性户外运动赛事的可持续发展保驾护航。三是促进与相关产业融合,加快群众性户外运动赛事与其他产业协同发展,为贵州群众性户外运动赛事的可持续发展构建和谐的环境。人理维度:一是引进专业的赛事运作团队,提高赛事的运作水平,为贵州群众性户外运动赛事安全、顺畅和精彩的举办提供保障。二是加强人才培养力度,完善人才培养体系,为贵州持续举办群众性户外运动赛事提供更多的人才。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of mass outdoor sports events, Guizhou Province has increased the investment in outdoor sports events, effectively promoting the development of mass outdoor sports events in Guizhou Province. However, due to the lack of professional operation team, ecological environment damage, casualties and other problems have affected the normal conduct of the event. In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of mass outdoor sports events in Guizhou, it is necessary to explore the factors that affect the sustainable development of mass outdoor sports events in Guizhou. Because mass outdoor sports events is a complex system, the sustainable development of mass outdoor sports events is restricted by many factors. In this paper, the WSR method is used to analyze the elements of sustainable development of mass outdoor sports events, and the evaluation model of the sustainable development of mass outdoor sports events is constructed. This paper studies the relationship between various factors and the sustainable development of mass outdoor sports events from the three dimensions of physics. The results show that the three dimensions of the elements are related to the sustainable development of mass outdoor sports events, the specific performance of sports skills and mass outdoor sports events sustainable development of the weak correlation, the value of the event, the event operation, The participation state is related to the sustainable development of mass outdoor sports events; the competition resources, market demand, project category, working ability are highly related to the sustainable development of mass outdoor sports events; event publicity, policy and system, Competition design, event protection and the sustainable development of mass outdoor sports events are significantly related. According to the conclusion of the research, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the sustainable development of mass outdoor sports events in Guizhou from the three dimensions of physics, science and technology. Physical dimension: first, we should strengthen the exploitation and protection of resources, enrich the contents of mass outdoor sports events, and add new vitality to the holding of mass outdoor sports events in Guizhou. Second, it is necessary to cultivate the market demand of mass outdoor sports events, stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of the masses to participate in the competition, and provide lasting power for Guizhou to hold the mass outdoor sports events continuously. Third, fully excavate the value of the competition, promote the economic, social, cultural and ecological development of the host place, and create favorable conditions for the sustainable development of the mass outdoor sports events in Guizhou. The first is to strengthen the infrastructure construction, perfect the guarantee system of mass outdoor sports events, and lay a solid foundation for the holding of mass outdoor sports events in Guizhou. Second, continue to improve the relevant laws, policies and systems, remove the obstacles to the development of mass outdoor sports events, so as to ensure the sustainable development of mass outdoor sports events in Guizhou. Third, promote the integration with related industries, accelerate the coordinated development of mass outdoor sports events and other industries, and build a harmonious environment for the sustainable development of mass outdoor sports events in Guizhou. Human dimension: one is to introduce professional competition operation team, improve the level of operation of the event, for Guizhou mass outdoor sports events safety, smooth and exciting to provide security. Second, strengthen talent training, perfect talent training system, and provide more talents for holding mass outdoor sports events in Guizhou.
