政府购买公共体育服务边界的研究

【摘要】：政府购买公共体育服务逐步为各级政府认可并推广,现实迫切需要理论界对政府购买公共体育服务购买边界进行研究。采用文献资料、案例分析等研究方法,以现阶段我国政府购买公共体育服务的实践为研究对象,以相关理论研究为基础,借鉴国外政府购买公共服务边界的经验,从国情出发,建立我国政府购买公共体育服务边界的多维决策框架:政府职能维度;成本效益维度;公众需求维度;可操作性维度。
[Abstract]:Government purchase of public sports services is gradually recognized and popularized by governments at all levels. It is urgent for the theoretical circle to study the boundary of government purchase of public sports services. By using the methods of literature, case analysis and so on, taking the practice of our government to purchase public sports service as the research object at the present stage, based on the relevant theoretical research, and drawing lessons from the experience of foreign governments to purchase public service boundary, and proceeding from the national conditions, To establish the multi-dimensional decision-making framework of the boundary of government purchasing public sports service: government function dimension; cost benefit dimension; public demand dimension; operability dimension.
