莱芜市体育生活化社区构建研究

【摘要】：当更多的人不必为生存烦恼时,却开始为身体担忧。不管是周围恶劣的生活环境,还是“超速”的生活节奏,都给我们的身体施加了太多的压力。为了适应现代生活、更好地享受生活,从国家到个人都开始更加注重身心健康的发展。1995年国务院颁布《全民健身计划纲要》,对十二五、十三五期间的全民健身计划提出了明确的目标和要求,促进居民的身心协调、健康发展,能形成适合我国居民特点又独具特色的全民健身服务体系;2014年国家体育总局颁布《全民健身计划纲要实施十五年》白皮书,对十五年来全民健身事业的发展、建设的效果和成绩予以肯定,全民健身活动在我国各地广泛开展,全民健身成为新时尚。体育生活化已经成为一种备受喜爱和追捧的生活方式,而体育生活化社区的建设和发展为我们能够更加方便的进行体育锻炼提供了物质和文化基础,逐渐成为人们心中理想的社区类型。2005年在北京市第一个体育生活化社区试建成功后,我国各地竞相开展了体育生活化社区建设和发展工作。体育生活化社区建设是体育生活化和现代社区建设与发展的完美结合,是推动我国大众体育发展的有效形式,是居民终身体育意识养成和健身锻炼实践的物质与精神基础。本文以莱芜市的体育生活化社区构建为研究对象,运用文献资料、逻辑分析、案例分析、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,结合体育学、社会学、管理学、家政学、新公共服务理论等学科对莱芜市体育生活化社区的基础理论和建构实践进行研讨,并以北京市长安新城社区为个案进行分析,借鉴其建设和发展的经验,希望能够为莱芜市体育生活化社区构建提供参考。通过研究初步得出如下结论:(1)目前莱芜市社区体育开展整体情况良好,而制约和影响莱芜社区体育发展的主要因素有社会指导员队伍建设、场地器材、组织管理等。(2)莱芜市政府从政策法规、场地设施建设、社会体育指导员等方面作出重要举措,大力发展莱芜市社区体育,为推进莱芜市体育生活化社区建设提供了前提条件,特别是当前莱芜市居民对莱芜市建设体育生活化社区有着强烈的期待,为莱芜市建设体育生活化社区奠定了群众基础。(3)从指导思想与建设原则、学科理论基础与依据、建设途径与建设内容、建设标准与评价指标等方面建构了莱芜市体育生活生活化社区建设的理论框架;借鉴北京市长安新城体育生活化社区建设的成功经验与启示,选择滨河花苑社区改造和雪野旅游度假区建设为突破口,以促进莱芜市体育生活化社区的建设。
[Abstract]:When more people don't have to worry about survival, they start worrying about their bodies. Whether it's a bad living environment or a speeding pace of life, it puts too much pressure on our bodies. In order to adapt to modern life and enjoy life better, the state and individuals have begun to pay more attention to the development of physical and mental health. In 1995, the State Council promulgated the outline of the National Fitness Program. The National Fitness Plan during the 13th Five-Year Plan set out clear goals and requirements to promote the physical and mental coordination and healthy development of the residents. It can form a national fitness service system that is suitable for the characteristics of Chinese residents and has its unique characteristics. In 2014, the State General Administration of Sports promulgated the "National Fitness Program outline for 15 years", a white paper on the development of the national fitness cause in the past 15 years. The results and achievements of the construction are affirmed, the national fitness activities are widely carried out in various parts of our country, and the national fitness has become a new fashion. Sports life has become a popular and popular way of life, and the construction and development of sports living communities provide us with the material and cultural basis for more convenient physical exercise. In 2005, after the successful establishment of the first sports living community in Beijing, all parts of our country competed to carry out the construction and development of the sports living community. The community construction of sports life is the perfect combination of sports life and modern community construction and development. It is an effective form to promote the development of mass sports in our country. It is also the material and spiritual basis for the residents to cultivate their lifelong physical consciousness and exercise practice. This paper takes the construction of the sports living community in Laiwu City as the research object, using the methods of literature, logic analysis, case analysis, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and so on, combining sports, sociology, management, home economics, etc. The new public service theory and other subjects discuss the basic theory and construction practice of Laiwu sports living community, and take the Changan New City Community in Beijing as a case study to learn from its construction and development experience. Hope to be able to Laiwu City sports life community construction to provide a reference. At present, community sports development in Laiwu City is in good condition, and the main factors restricting and influencing the development of community sports in Laiwu are the construction of social instructor team, the site equipment, The Laiwu Municipal Government has made important measures in terms of policies and regulations, site facilities construction, social sports instructors, etc., and has vigorously developed Laiwu City Community Sports, which provides a prerequisite for promoting Laiwu City Sports Lifetime Community Construction. In particular, the residents of Laiwu have strong expectations for the construction of a living community of physical education in Laiwu, which has laid a mass foundation for the construction of a living community of sports in Laiwu, which is based on the guiding ideology and construction principles, the theoretical basis and the basis of the discipline. This paper constructs the theoretical framework of the construction of Life-Living Community in Laiwu City from the aspects of construction approaches and contents, construction standards and evaluation indexes, and draws lessons from the successful experience and enlightenment of the construction of Life-Living Community in Changan New City of Beijing. In order to promote the construction of Lifetime Community in Laiwu City, Binhe Huayuan and Xueye tourist Resort were selected as the breakthrough points.
