如何结合新课改促进茶文化体育教学工作的开展

【摘要】：随着教学改革的深入,原先的教学模式已经无法真正的达到教育的目的,更无法适应时代的脚步。因此,新课程改革不仅是教育的需要,更是时代的需要。体育作为促进学生身心健康的重要课程,在新课改的推动下,也应该真正的做到实处,成为一门可以培养学生兴趣、激发学生潜能、促进学生健康发展的课程。茶文化作为中国传统文化中最具有影响力的代表之一,若将其精神内涵运用到体育教学当中,必将为我国的体育教学事业带来崭新的生命力。本文就是在这样的背景下,首先对传统茶文化的基本内容进行了详细的介绍,其次对体育教学的现状做出了具体的阐述,最后对在新课改下,如何促进茶文化体育教学工作的开展提出了几点建议,希望对于我国的体育教学工作的开展有一定的启发作用。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the teaching reform, the original teaching mode has been unable to achieve the purpose of education, let alone adapt to the pace of the times. Therefore, the new curriculum reform is not only the need of education, but also the needs of the times. Physical education as an important course to promote students' physical and mental health, under the promotion of the new curriculum reform, should be truly practical, become a course that can cultivate students' interest, stimulate students' potential, and promote students' healthy development. Tea culture as one of the most influential representatives of Chinese traditional culture, if its spiritual connotation is applied to physical education, it will bring new vitality to the cause of physical education in our country. Under this background, this paper firstly introduces the basic contents of traditional tea culture in detail, and then makes a specific exposition on the present situation of physical education teaching. Finally, under the new curriculum reform, Some suggestions on how to promote the teaching of tea culture physical education are put forward in this paper. It is hoped that it will have some enlightening effect on the development of physical education work in our country.
