职业核心能力与体育课程内涵契合关联研究

【摘要】:通过对职业能力的概念与内涵特征进行疏理,厘清体育课程与职业核心能力之间存有内在契合关联:从辩证唯物主义认识论角度看,课程是载体与工具,能力是目的与实现;从结构特点而言,二者均具有宽基础、泛迁移的特点,是各自体系结构的底层与基础;从工具属性来看,二者均离不开活动、任务等载体平台,具有依附性;从本质功能而言,二者互相影响、相互促进。
[Abstract]:Through the dredge of the concept and connotation characteristics of professional ability, the paper clarifies the inherent connection between physical education curriculum and professional core competence: from the perspective of dialectical materialism epistemology, curriculum is the carrier and tool, ability is the goal and realization; From the point of view of structural characteristics, both of them have a broad foundation, and the characteristics of pan-migration are the bottom and foundation of their respective architectures; from the perspective of tool properties, both can not be separated from the carrier platforms such as activities, tasks and so on, and they are dependent; in terms of their essential functions, both of them are dependent on each other. The two influence and promote each other.
