兰州市少儿乒乓球培训机构的现状调查及发展研究

【摘要】：本文以兰州市10家少儿乒乓球培训机构为研究对象,通过查阅大量文献资料、实地走访调查、发放调查问卷、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法,对兰州市整个少儿乒乓球培训机构进行了调查研究,结果显示:兰州市少儿乒乓球培训机构也快速向机构化转变,其投资主体为个体投资和股份筹资;其培训机构的地域分布比较合理。兰州市乒乓球学员的年龄层次主要集中在7-10岁,这个年龄段的孩子一般集中在小学一到四年纪左右;大多数学员参加乒乓球培训是出于自己的兴趣爱好;在训练的过程中会遇到一些困难,主要有:训练时间不足,身体素质差,基本功不扎实,场地设施差,注意力不集中,教练水平不高等问题;大多数家长让孩子进行乒乓球训练是为了锻炼孩子的身体;学习的地点大多数是专业的乒乓球俱乐部;教练员的文化水平参差不齐,水平有待提高;影响兰州市少儿乒乓球培训机构的因素有:学员的家庭方面对乒乓球培训机构的影响因素,教练员方面对乒乓球培训机构的影响因素,综合性方面因素等。基于以上结果,提出以下建议:1,加强政府引导和投入,把兰州市少儿乒乓球培训机构提高到一个层次。届时,兰州市群众性乒乓球活动将更活跃,并且乒乓球专业化人才也将源源不断走出省门。2更新观念,立志高远,大力提高教练员的业务水平,不同于教练员以前在业余体校所接受的关于培训的观念,现在的教练员必须调整心态,转变观念,让自己拥有服务的精神,并且将服务的精神融入到自己的培训当中,从而提高自己的教练员素质,让自己的业务水平也有所提升,同时使培训更上一层楼,朝着更好的方向发展。3发挥家长在乒乓球培训机构中的桥梁作用与导向作用。4加大对乒乓球这项运动的宣传力度。切实的推动了阳光体育的开展,真正的落实了“每天锻炼一小时,健康工作五十年,幸福生活一辈子”这个口号。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 10 children table tennis training institutions in Lanzhou are taken as the research object. By consulting a large number of documents, visiting investigation, issuing questionnaires, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper investigates and studies the whole children's table tennis training institutions in Lanzhou. The results show that the Lanzhou children's table tennis training institutions are also fast. The main body of its investment is individual investment and stock raising, and the regional distribution of the training institutions is reasonable. The age level of Lanzhou ping-pong students is mainly concentrated at the age of 7-10. The children of this age group are generally concentrated in the first to four years of primary school; most of the participants are interested in table tennis training out of their own interest. Hobby; in the course of training, there will be some difficulties, mainly: lack of training time, poor physical quality, poor basic skills, poor facilities, poor attention, low level of coaches, and most parents let their children to exercise table tennis to exercise their children's body; most of the places of study are professional table tennis. The cultural level of the coaches is uneven and the level of the coaches need to be improved. The factors affecting the Lanzhou children's table tennis training institutions are: the factors affecting the students' family aspects of the table tennis training institutions, the influence factors of the coaches on the table tennis training institutions and the comprehensive factors.
