【摘要】：教师的教学能力直接影响教学的质量。篮球教学能力是体育教育专业篮球专修班学生必须具备重要的能力之一,篮球教学能力直接影响篮球教学质量。武汉体育学院作为我国重点体育院校之一,承担着培养篮球基础教学人才的重要任务,在培养篮球专修班学生篮球教学能力应走在体育行业最前沿,因此,调查分析我校现阶段体育教育专业篮球专修班学生篮球教学能力有助于促进我校体育教育专业篮球专修课教学的发展。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对武汉体育学院体育教育专业篮球专修班学生的篮球教学能力形成和现状进行调查和研究。依据论文研究需要设计《武汉体育学院体育教育专业篮球专修班学生篮球教学能力现状调查研究》问卷,通过调查得出的结果和我校篮球专修班培养实际联系起来,为我校篮球专修班学生的培养工作提供帮助。经统计和调查研究得出以下结论:1.篮球教学能力的内涵是胜任篮球教学工作的才能或力量,具备完成篮球教学工作所必须具备的心理条件,并且掌握合理的篮球教学理论和教学技能。2.篮球教学能力形成需要掌握相应的篮球教学理论与方法和篮球专项技能,并且需要在教学实践活动中把所学的知识与技能加以运用。3.篮球教学实践能力,包括理解和运用教材能力、语言表达能力、观察了解学生的能力、组织管理和调控教学活动的能力以及初步的教育科学研究能力。4.针对我校体育教育专业篮球专修班学生篮球教学能力的现状,提升篮球教学能力需要加强篮球理论知识学习特别是篮球教学理论与方法相关内容的学习、完善专项成绩测评方式以及增加教学实践活动。
[Abstract]:Teachers' teaching ability directly affects the quality of teaching. The basketball teaching ability is one of the important abilities that the students of the basketball specialty class of physical education must possess, and the basketball teaching ability directly affects the basketball teaching quality. Wuhan Institute of physical Education, as one of the key physical education colleges in China, undertakes the important task of training basketball basic teaching talents. In the training of basketball specialized class students' basketball teaching ability, it should be in the forefront of the sports industry, therefore, The investigation and analysis on the basketball teaching ability of the students of basketball specialized class of physical education in our school at present are helpful to promote the development of basketball specialized course teaching in physical education major in our school. This paper investigates and studies the formation and present situation of basketball teaching ability of basketball majors in Wuhan Institute of physical Education by means of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics. According to the research needs of the thesis, the questionnaire is designed to investigate and study the present situation of basketball teaching ability of basketball specialized class students of physical education major in Wuhan Institute of physical Education. The results obtained by the questionnaire are related to the actual training of basketball specialized class in our university. To provide help for the training of basketball students in our school. Through statistics and investigation, the following conclusion is drawn: 1. The connotation of basketball teaching ability is the ability or strength that is competent in basketball teaching work, having the psychological condition that must be possessed to complete basketball teaching work, and mastering reasonable basketball teaching theory and teaching skill. The formation of basketball teaching ability needs to master the relevant basketball teaching theory and methods and basketball special skills, and need to use the knowledge and skills in teaching practice. The practical ability of basketball teaching includes the ability of understanding and using teaching materials, the ability of language expression, the ability of observing and understanding students, the ability of organizing and managing teaching activities and the ability of preliminary educational science research. In view of the present situation of basketball teaching ability of basketball specialized class students of physical education major in our university, it is necessary to strengthen the learning of basketball theory knowledge, especially the relevant contents of basketball teaching theory and method to improve basketball teaching ability. Improve the evaluation of special achievements and increase teaching practice.
