青少年学生体育行为的本真、异化与回归

【摘要】：青少年学生的强健体魄是支撑一个强大国家崛起的人力基础。但是多年来我国青少年学生的体质健康状况却不能令人满意。为探寻导致这种现象产生的主要原因和解决问题的途径,采用现场观察、师生访谈、文献资料等研究方法,以马克思异化劳动理论为依据,从本体论层面探讨了学生体育行为的本真存在,认为非异化劳动与本真体育行为具有共同的特质与价值,并以此为判断标准分析了当前学生体育行为在行为主体、行为动机、行为实施和行为结果等环节存在的异化现象。研究认为,学生体育行为异化产生的主要原因有:学校教育的工具性异化;主客分离的体育教育认识方式;忽视非理性因素在体育行为养成中的作用等。对此从体育教育教学理念、目标、手段等5个方面提出了防止和克服学生体育行为异化的主要途径和方法。
[Abstract]:The strong physique of young students is the human base to support the rise of a strong country. But over the years, the physical health of our young students is not satisfactory. In order to find out the main causes of this phenomenon and the ways to solve the problem, this paper adopts the methods of field observation, interview between teachers and students, literature and so on, based on Marx's theory of alienated labor. This paper probes into the real existence of students' sports behavior from the ontology level, and thinks that the non-alienation labor and the real sports behavior have the same characteristics and values, and analyzes the current students' sports behavior in the behavior subject and the behavior motive according to the judgment standard. The alienation phenomenon in the process of behavior implementation and behavior result. The main reasons for the alienation of students' sports behavior are as follows: the instrumental alienation of school education, the way of understanding physical education with the separation of subject and object, and the neglect of the role of irrational factors in the formation of sports behavior. This paper puts forward the main ways and methods to prevent and overcome the alienation of students' sports behavior from five aspects: the concept, goal and means of physical education teaching.
