【摘要】：在中国篮球的历史上,曾经出现过很多优秀的中锋运动员,像王治郅、巴特尔、姚明,都曾登陆NBA赛场,中国篮球的的发展和他们在国际赛场上的表现息息相关。中国拥有丰富的篮球人口,不缺少高个子中锋,但是技术全面,得分能力强的中锋少之又少,所以关于如何提高中锋技术运用能力的研究渐渐增多。本文以第27、28届男篮亚锦赛中国队同与赛队中锋技术运用为研究对象,采用文献资料法、数理统计法、录像观察法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对中锋队员技术运用情况进行统计分析,得出以下结论:(1)在身体形态方面,两届比赛中,中国队在身高上优势明显。在体重、克托莱指数上,27届中锋队员优于28届,但是27届中锋年龄结构不如28届合理。(2)在进攻技术的运用上,中国队在抢位接球方面,以原地抢位为主,移动抢位为辅,在抢位接球的方式以及配合形式上也比较丰富。与赛队中只有伊朗队原地抢位较多,其他各国移动抢位运用次数较多。(3)在投篮技术的运用上,中国队投篮以近区和中区为主,投篮方式以挤投和跳投为主,投篮命中率高于与赛队中锋。不足之处是,中国队投篮方式单一,勾手投篮运用较少,三分投篮次数和命中率都有所下降。与赛队投篮方式多样,三分投篮次数增多。(4)在传接球方面,中国队传球方式单一,主要以胸前传球和头上传球为主。在传球效果上,中国队传球方式单一,且隐蔽性不够。与赛队中锋传球方式多样,在手递手传球和击地传球次数上远远高于中国队。(5)在突破技术运用上,持球突破技术方面,中国队中锋持球突破技术比较全面,运球突破运用较少。与赛队中锋突破技术运用明显增多。在拼抢进攻篮板方面,中国队中锋不如与赛队积极,主动冲抢、挡抢次数较少。(6)在防守技术运用上,在防守投篮方面,27届亚锦赛中锋队员以伸手封盖为主,跳起封盖次数较少,28届中锋队员,跳起封盖次数较多,对进攻队员的干扰效果较好。(7)在拼抢防守篮板方面,原地抢获篮板球次数较多,中锋队员卡位意识不强,挡抢篮板球次数较少,与赛队中锋经常能绕过中国队中锋,抢到进攻篮板球。在抢断技术运用上,28届中锋队员优于27届中锋队员,在防守中反应快,时机判断准确。(8)在控制犯规方面,中国队中锋防守技术动作运用合理,没有出现犯规过多的情况。与赛队中锋,犯规次数较多,在防守中常常用犯规阻止中国队得分。
[Abstract]:In the history of Chinese basketball, there have been many excellent center players, such as Wang Zhizhi, Ba Teer, Yao Ming, who have entered the NBA. The development of Chinese basketball is closely related to their performance in the international arena. China has a rich population of basketball, not lack of tall center, but the technology of comprehensive, scoring ability of the center is very few, so the research on how to improve the skill of the center is increasing. This paper takes the application of the technique of the center of the Chinese team and the team in the 28th Men's Basketball Asian Championship as the research object, adopts the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, video observation and logic analysis, etc. Based on the statistical analysis of the technical application of the center forward players, the following conclusions are drawn: 1) in terms of body shape, the Chinese team has a significant advantage in height in the two competitions.
