广西普通高校跆拳道运动开展现状及对策研究

【摘要】:作为现代奥运会正式比赛项目之一的跆拳道,近些年以来,因其能够有效地强健体魄、塑造人格,极大地引发了学生学习跆拳道的热情,许多高校亦是以此为契机,开设了相关课程。本文选取了广西区内十所普通高校作为调查样本,并在其中抽取20名跆拳道教师与500名学生作为本项研究的调查对象。在研究方法上采用文献资料法、访谈调查法、问卷调查法、对比分析法、数理统计法与逻辑分析法。本项研究分析了广西十所高校在实际开展跆拳道运动中的真实状况,着重研究了其课程安排(必修课与选修课)、师资队伍建设、场地器材设施建设、管理制度与教材建设、课程资源整合等诸多方面存在的问题,在此基础上,分析广西高校在跆拳道课程开展过程中出现这些问题的原因,并针对所存在的问题,提出科学合理的解决方案。本文主要运用问卷调查法进行研究,在全面详细的调查分析后,得出以下结论:1.经调查得知广西十所普通高校跆拳道课程开展已经相当普遍,都开设了跆拳道课程。在这十所高校中,都拥有相关跆拳道学生社团组织,其中,有六所开设了跆拳道必修课程,并有个别院校为此开设招收跆拳道特长生的运动训练专业,相比之下,开展情况较差的则只是开设了相关选修课程,以期丰富学生的课余生活。即使开设了跆拳道必修课程的高校在调查中同样也存在学校不重视、教师不满意等问题。2.被调查的十所院校的学生中,喜欢跆拳道运动的占大多数,并且对于学习跆拳道运动有较高期盼,由此说明跆拳道运动在广西高校颇具发展潜力。3.调查显示,在被调查的十所广西高校中,尽管学生对跆拳道拥有较大热情和兴趣,但普遍对所开设的跆拳道课程满意度不高。广西高校跆拳的道课程开展以及教学实践还存有缺陷,与学生实际需求存在差距。4.在开设跆拳道课程的广西高校中,跆拳道教师的学历、职称、专业素质等,成为亟待解决的问题,师资软性因素成为广西高校跆拳道课程开设的阻力。5.跆拳道运动场地的不足以及相关器材的短缺,是制约广西跆拳道课程开展的重要原因,同时资金投入不足严重制约着跆拳道课程的开展。6.与传统教学实践相比较,跆拳道教学过程中,同样存在诸如教学理念滞后,理论与实践没有有效的结合,出现脱节;教学过程中内容与形式过于片面,学生接受具有排斥性等等现象,跆拳道课程改革亟待进行。7.教学资源整合存在缺陷,大部分高校与各类跆拳道社团、协会、俱乐部等学生组织交流与合作存在不足,未能利用和调动各类课程资源的有效整合。根据以上结论作出如下建议:1.将跆拳道正式列入高校体育教学大纲,使跆拳道能够和那些传统的项目并驾齐驱,拥有同等重视程度的地位。2.相关部门组织撰写具有指导性、专业性的跆拳道课程教材,以保证跆拳道课程教学的正规正确性并突出其专业性。3.提高跆拳道教师素质,聘请跆拳道专业教师,营造扎实良好的教学规范,激发学生的学习热情。4.加强资金投入力度、加快场地建设、完备器材设施,为学生学习跆拳道课程创造更好的硬件条件。5.针对区域特色与地域特点,在课程开展中,对于教学理念、教学内容与形式、考核评估体系等等,做到与广西地区的教学特点与特色相一致,突出广西教学特色和特点。6.增强教学资源的开放性与包容性,努力建构与各类学生社团组织的多渠道、多元的发展方式。7.加强课程资源整合,保护并发展现有的多种开展形式,利用网络进行资源和讯息的共享,使其发挥出自身的优势,以促进高校跆拳道的发展建设。
[Abstract]:In recent years, taekwondo, as one of the formal events of the modern Olympic Games, has caused the enthusiasm of the students to learn Taekwondo because of their ability to effectively strengthen the body and shape their personality. Many colleges and universities have also opened the related courses. This paper selects ten colleges and universities in Guangxi as an investigation sample, and 20 Taekwondo teachers and 500 students were selected as the subjects of this study. The methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used in the research methods. This study analyzed the real situation of Guangxi's ten colleges and universities in the actual development of Taekwondo. On the basis of the problems in many aspects, such as the course arrangement (compulsory course and elective course), the construction of the teaching staff, the construction of the facilities and facilities, the management system and the teaching materials, and the integration of the curriculum resources, this paper analyzes the reasons for these problems in the course of Taekwondo in Guangxi colleges and universities, and puts forward the subject in view of the existing problems. This article mainly uses the questionnaire survey method to study, and after a comprehensive and detailed investigation and analysis, we get the following conclusions: 1. it has been found that the course of Taekwondo in ten ordinary colleges and universities in Guangxi has been quite common and has opened the taekwondo course. In these ten colleges, they all have the related taekwondo student associations, Among them, six have opened the required courses for Taekwondo, and some colleges and universities offer the sports training major for Taekwondo special students. In contrast, the poor ones only set up relevant elective courses to enrich the students' extracurricular life. Even if the required courses of Taekwondo have been opened in the investigation, they also exist in the investigation. In the schools that do not pay attention to, teachers are dissatisfied and so on, among the students in the ten colleges and universities surveyed by.2., the majority of the students like Taekwondo play the majority, and they have a high expectation for Taekwondo. This shows that Taekwondo in Guangxi colleges and universities has a great potential for development.3. survey show that in the ten colleges and Universities under investigation, the students are Taekwondo has great enthusiasm and interest, but it is generally not satisfied with the course of Taekwondo. There are still shortcomings in the course of Taekwondo in Guangxi University and teaching practice. There is a gap with the actual needs of the students. In Guangxi colleges and universities of taekwondo course in Guangxi, the education of Taekwondo teachers, professional titles and professional qualities have become urgent. The problems to be solved, the soft factors of teachers have become the resistance of taekwondo course in Guangxi colleges and universities, the shortage of.5. Taekwondo sports field and the shortage of related equipment, which are the important reasons for restricting the development of Guangxi taekwondo course. At the same time, the lack of capital investment seriously restricts the development of taekwondo course by comparing.6. with traditional teaching practice, taekwondo and Taekwondo. According to the above conclusions, the following suggestions are made: 1.
