南昌市青少年篮球俱乐部现状与对策研究

【摘要】：本文运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、逻辑分析等方法,以南昌市6家青少年篮球俱乐部管理人员及学员为调查对象,深入分析现阶段管理、运营、比赛训练、教练员、运动员等环节的现状以及存在的问题,并根据实际情况,从政府监管、俱乐部经营训练体系等角度出发提出具有针对性的发展对策,以期为南昌市青少年篮球俱乐部的健康发展提供有益的参考,为促进青少年篮球运动员的技战术水平、篮球理念、篮球素养等贡献绵薄之力。研究结果表明:第一,总体现状:南昌市青少年篮球俱乐部尚处于起步阶段,成立时间较短,学员人数规模较小,责任主体较为分散,缺乏政府及市场有效的调控措施。第二,管理现状:各俱乐部在管理模式、机构设置、工作人员、管理制度等方面都存在一定问题,有待健全和完善。第三,经营现状:经营理念待创新,缺乏组织比赛及开拓市场的资金来源。第四,宣传现状:综合宣传效率及成本的考虑,以网络与传单为主要宣传方式,传统媒体宣传方式使用率较低,宣传方式比较单一。第五,训练现状:各俱乐部均重视技战术训练,轻视篮球理论知识及篮球素养培训,导致学生获取知识较为片面。第六,教练员现状:数量较少,职称以初中级居多,学历以本科为主,综合素质水平有待提高。第七,学员现状:绝大多数学员参加俱乐部以强身健体和兴趣爱好为主要目的,活动本身对学习生活无影响或具有一定促进作用。第八,俱乐部设施收费现状:场地设施数量较为充足,但质量有待提高,收费情况较为平均,但对普通工薪家庭而言仍然偏高。

Fourth, publicity: comprehensive publicity efficiency and cost considerations, network and leaflets as the main publicity, traditional media use rate is low, the publicity is relatively simple. Fifth, training status: all clubs attach importance to technology Tactical training, disregard basketball theory knowledge and basketball literacy training, leading to more one-sided students to acquire knowledge. Sixth, the current situation of the coaches: the number is less, the title is mostly in the first intermediate level, the academic degree is mainly undergraduate, the level of comprehensive quality needs to be improved. Seventh, the present status of the students: the overwhelming majority of the students take part in the club to strengthen physical fitness and interests and hobbies. For the purpose, the activity itself has no influence on the learning and life. Eighth, the current status of the fee for the club facilities is: the number of facilities is sufficient, but the quality of the facilities is still higher and the charge is more average, but it is still high for the ordinary working families.
