发现式教学法在高校乒乓球选项课中的实证研究

【摘要】:本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法、实验教学法等研究方法,依据国内外研究现状,从发现式教学法的概念、教学特征、教学过程,结合对学生的身体素质、技术水平的了解等方面对西南交通大学乒乓球选项课运用发现式教学法展开研究。本文以西南交通大学2014级乒乓球选项班为教学研究对象,采用随机抽样分组的方式将选出学生分为实验班与对照班,以身体素质、乒乓球技术、学习动机、合作能力作为实验测试内容,分别运用发现式教学法和传统教学方法进行教学实验。在经过教学实验后得出:发现式教学法不仅有利于学生乒乓球技术水平的提高,而且对学生的团队意识、合作能力、学习乒乓球的兴趣等方面效果也尤为明显。本文经过对实验班和对照班前后测试成绩对比分析的方法最终得出以下结论:(1)在乒乓球选项课中,不管是发现式教学法还是传统教学法都能使学生的乒乓球水平得到有效提高。在侧身位正手攻球、反手推挡和推挡侧身攻技术的技评成绩和反手推挡和推挡侧身攻技术的达标成绩上,通过对所测试的结果进行独立样本T检验分析,成显著性差异(P0.05)。由此得出,发现式教学法可以运用在乒乓球选项课的教学中,而且与传统教学法相比,前者更有利于学生乒乓球技术水平的提高。(2)发现式教学法在教学过程中按照异质分组进行探讨和练习,这样能够使得学生在互相学习的过程中,增加双方交流的机会,增进双方的了解,营造和谐、轻松的学习氛围,有利于培养学生的团队、合作能力以及提高学生学习乒乓球的积极性。(3)在乒乓球选项课中,发现式教学法地运用相对于传统教学法有助于更好的处理教师和学生之间“教”与“学”的关系。而且该教学方法能够使得学生充分发挥自己的独立思考能力,培养课堂主人翁意识,提高自身的乒乓球水平。(4)发现式教学法在高校乒乓球选项课的运用,不仅能够使得乒乓球技术稍差的学生在技术上得到提高;而且可以最大限度得避免学生习得性无助感现象的产生。
[Abstract]:This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, data statistics, experimental teaching method and so on. According to the present research situation at home and abroad, the concept, teaching characteristics, teaching process and the physical quality of the students are combined with the concept of the discovery method, the teaching characteristics, the teaching process and so on. This paper studies the application of discovery method in table tennis elective course of Southwest Jiaotong University in terms of understanding of technical level. This paper takes the selective class of table tennis of Grade 2014 of Southwest Jiaotong University as the teaching research object, and adopts the method of random sampling and grouping to divide the students into experimental class and control class, with physical quality, table tennis technique, learning motivation, etc. The cooperative ability is used as the content of the experiment, and the discovery teaching method and the traditional teaching method are used to carry out the teaching experiment. After the teaching experiment, it is concluded that the discovery teaching method is not only beneficial to the improvement of the students' technical level of table tennis, but also has obvious effect on the students' team consciousness, cooperation ability and interest in learning table tennis. Through the comparison and analysis of the test results between the experimental class and the control class, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) in the table tennis elective class, both the discovery teaching method and the traditional teaching method can effectively improve the students' table tennis level. In the technical evaluation of forehand attack, backhand pushing and pushing lateral attack, and the achievement of backhand pushing and pushing lateral attack, the test results were analyzed by independent sample T test, and the difference was significant (P0.05). It is concluded that the discovery teaching method can be used in the teaching of table tennis elective courses, and compared with the traditional teaching methods, The former is more conducive to the improvement of students' technical level of table tennis. (2) Discovery teaching method is discussed and practiced according to heterogeneous groups in the teaching process, so that students can increase the chances of communication between the two sides in the process of learning from each other. To promote mutual understanding, create a harmonious, relaxed learning atmosphere, is conducive to the development of students' team, cooperative ability and improve the enthusiasm of students to learn table tennis. Compared with the traditional teaching method, the application of the discovery teaching method is helpful to deal with the relationship between "teaching" and "learning" between teachers and students. Moreover, this teaching method can make students give full play to their independent thinking ability, cultivate the sense of ownership in class, and improve their table tennis level. It can not only improve the students' skill of table tennis, but also avoid the phenomenon of students' learning helplessness.
