运动技能认知的协同化效应——评《运动技能内隐认知研究》

【摘要】：正在人们获得运动技能的过程中,外显认知与内隐认知是最为重要的两种方式。《运动技能内隐认知研究》以运动技能的外显认知为出发点,对运动技能的内隐认知实质以及内隐认知与外显认知的协同化效应等进行了阐述。此书的出版不仅有助于人们从"意识-无意识"的角度来完整的审视人类自己的运动技能认知,促进运动技能认知理论的进一步丰富和发展,而且也有助于人们构建新的技能认知理论,促进该理论在教学训练中的移植和内化,从而有效地指导教育教学及训练实践。
[Abstract]:In the process of acquiring motor skills, explicit cognition and implicit cognition are the two most important ways. The essence of implicit cognition of motor skills and the synergistic effect of implicit cognition and explicit cognition are expounded. The publication of this book not only helps people to examine the cognition of motor skills from the perspective of consciousness and unconsciousness, but also promotes the further enrichment and development of cognitive theory of motor skills. It is also helpful for people to construct a new theory of skill cognition, to promote the transplantation and internalization of the theory in teaching and training, so as to effectively guide education, teaching and training practice.
