使用水下鹰眼技术辅助游泳裁判员判罚的可行性研究

【摘要】：在全民参与最多的游泳项目中,辅助裁判判罚的工具,从早期的人工秒表,经电子触摸板,演化到现在国际上的OMEGA计时系统,以及国内由山东数智体育科技股份有限公司、北京中意民安公司开发的电动计时设备,这些最新的设备都是实时联网、通过CCD摄影机连续拍摄。最新的电子计时计分系统适用于游泳,潜泳等水中竞赛计时,它能自动精确的记录下每个参赛运动员的比赛成绩,准确的判定名次并及时提供成绩清单,和显示各比赛要素。在当今的国际大赛中,随着运动员的训练水平、饮食计划等综合因素的提高,往往成绩,已不是毫秒间的差别,而是微妙。但是,这些最新的计时设备,虽然已经很精确,但仍然无法满足精确度到微秒的高清回放判罚裁定。像应用在国际大赛中的OMEGA系统,为了弥补这一点,采用了高速摄影机结合游泳计时装置,导致整套设备,价格极高,若引用到国内赛事,价格将会更高。本文采用文献资料法、案例分析法、问卷调查法、统计分析法、专家访谈法,对2005年到2016年比赛期间,裁判员在执裁中不论是主观原因还是客观因素所发生的判罚失误,都会导致判罚的不公正,引来争议,借此引用高清水下回放设备能避免问题的发生。经研究分析,得出以下结论:1、从上述常见裁判误判、漏判、错判分析结果可知,对于部分游泳比赛裁判员工作失误的主要原因确定为:场馆设备落后导致无法提供更多、更精确的评判依据。从而引起心理状态的波动,对运动员做出的瞬时的动作无法进行评估。由于心理出现犹豫和不确定性,导致最终裁定瞬间出现判罚失误。2、引入水下高清即时成像技术无论是从技术上、耗时上、光照条件、水质要求,以及价格层面都趋于成熟,可以接受被引用。3、国产自有品牌从技术角度、硬件设备、软件开发等各方面都具备了一定的水平,具有可行性。

After research and analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: 1, the main reasons for the mistakes of the referees in some swimming competitions are known from the above common referees' misjudged, missed and misjudged results. It is determined that the backwardness of the stadiums and facilities leads to the failure to provide more and more accurate evaluation basis. It causes the fluctuation of the mental state and can not be evaluated for the instantaneous movements made by the athletes. Due to the psychological hesitation and uncertainty, the final decision is caused by the error of.2, and the underwater high-definition instant imaging technology is introduced. Technical, time-consuming, light conditions, water quality requirements, and price level are mature, can accept the quoted.3, domestic own brand from the technical point of view, hardware equipment, software development and other aspects have a certain level, is feasible.
