我国高校“阳光体育运动”的现实问题与发展对策

【摘要】：运用文献资料等方法,对我国高校"阳光体育运动"的现实问题、长效机制与发展对策进行研究。结果表明:我国高校"阳光体育运动"普遍存在良性运行的长效机制有待健全和完善、体育课程教学模式的实效性有待提高、体育课外活动基本处于无序状态等现实问题。为构建我国高校"阳光体育运动"良性运行的长效机制,提出对策:高度认识高校"阳光体育运动"的重大意义与价值;努力促进高校"阳光体育运动"管理机制的创新;积极建立高校"阳光体育运动"奖励机制;大力拓展高校体育俱乐部的内容与形式;加快构建高校"阳光体育运动"评价监测反馈机制。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature and materials, this paper studies the practical problems, long-term mechanism and development countermeasures of "Sunshine Sports" in colleges and universities in China. The results show that there are some practical problems such as sound and perfect long-term effective mechanism of "sunshine sports" in colleges and universities in China, improvement of the actual effect of physical education teaching mode and disordered state of physical education activities outside of class. In order to construct the long-term mechanism of "sunshine sports" in colleges and universities of our country, this paper puts forward some countermeasures: to highly understand the significance and value of "sunshine sports" in colleges and universities, to make great efforts to promote the innovation of the management mechanism of "sunshine sports" in colleges and universities. We should actively establish the reward mechanism of "sunshine sports" in colleges and universities, vigorously expand the contents and forms of sports clubs in colleges and universities, and speed up the construction of "sunshine sports" evaluation monitoring and feedback mechanism in colleges and universities.
