“规则限制法”对培养体育专业院校篮球专修学生传接球能力的实验研究

【摘要】:本研究通过“规则限制法”对体育专业院校篮球专修学生进行教学训练,旨在提高学生的传接球能力,同时,也为体育专业院校专修课堂拓展训练方法提供依据。篮球运动的传接球技术与意识水平贯穿整个训练和比赛过程之中,队员传接球能力的提高,是减少失误、增加比赛流畅性的一个重要环节,传接球的质量直接影响着球队的进攻水平。因此,培养、发展篮球专修学生的传接球能力在比赛中就起到了非常重要的作用。本文运用“规则限制法”限制运球的方法进行实验,探讨分析与传统教学课堂训练方法的差异。本研究主要采用文献资料法、访谈法、实验法、录像观察统计法、数理统计法等研究方法进行研究。以“规则限制法”对培养体育专业院校篮球专修学生传接球能力在训练中的运用为研究对象。以山西师范大学体育学院14级篮球专修2班为实验对象,专修1班为对照组。实验组运用“规则限制法”来进行训练,对照组按照传统的教学训练方法进行训练,经过12周的训练实验,并收集实验数据,通过对数据的分析比较,得出本研究的结果。从本实验得出的结论为:(1)“规则限制法”限制运球训练,让学生在比赛中突显出的传接球技术和方式更为有效,对培养学生在训练和比赛中的无球移动以及阅读比赛的能力有促进作用;通过训练,提升了学生的运动技能和运动认知,提高了学生应变能力、比赛节奏控制能力以及捕捉进攻机会的能力。(2)运用“规则限制法”训练,学生在失误控制方面有一定程度的提升。由此说明“规则限制法”训练有效降低了学生的状态焦虑水平,提高了学生的观察、分析判断的能力,使学生学会调节、控制自己的心理状态。(3)通过实验,证明“规则限制法”训练强化了学生战术、时间、规则的意识,熏陶战术素养,对提高球员意识水平、技战术执行能力以及团队协作意识等方面都有十分明显的效果。(4)研究结果表明,“规则限制法”训练是一种既简单又实用的训练方法,并且对学生专项技战术能力的训练有着良好的效果。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to improve the students' ability of passing and catching the ball, and also to provide the basis for the method of expanding the training in the specialized courses of physical education colleges through the method of "Rule restriction method" for basketball majors in physical education colleges and universities in order to improve the students' ability of passing and catching the ball. The skill and consciousness of passing and catching in basketball runs through the whole training and competition process. The improvement of players' ability of passing and catching is an important link to reduce mistakes and increase the fluency of the game. The quality of passing and catching directly affects the attacking level of the team. Therefore, the cultivation and development of basketball students' ability to pass and catch plays a very important role in the game. In this paper, the method of limiting dribbling is used to analyze the differences between traditional teaching and training methods. This study mainly adopts the methods of literature, interview, experiment, video observation and statistics, mathematical statistics and so on. This paper focuses on the application of "Rule restriction method" to the training of basketball majors in physical education colleges. Class 2 of Basketball Specialty Class 14 in P.E. College of Shanxi normal University was taken as experimental object and class 1 as control group. The experimental group used the "rule restriction method" to train, the control group was trained according to the traditional teaching training method, after 12 weeks of training experiment, and collected experimental data, through the analysis and comparison of the data, the results of this study were obtained. The conclusion from this experiment is that the "rule restriction method" restricts dribbling training, which makes the passing and catching techniques and methods highlighted by students in the match more effective. It can promote students' ability to move without ball in training and competition and to read competitions. Through training, it can improve students' motor skills and cognition, and improve students' ability to adapt to the situation. The ability of rhythmic control and the ability to capture attack opportunities. 2) using the "rule limitation method" training, students have a certain degree of improvement in error control. It shows that the training of "rule restriction method" can effectively reduce the level of state anxiety of students, improve students' ability of observation, analysis and judgment, make students learn to adjust and control their psychological state. It is proved that the training of "rule limitation method" strengthens the students' awareness of tactics, time, rules, nurtures tactical literacy, and improves the level of players' awareness. The results show that the "rule restriction method" is a simple and practical training method. And it has a good effect on the training of students'special technical and tactical ability.
