体育教学方法探究及案例分析——评《体育教学方法选用技巧与案例》

【摘要】：正当前,人们越来越重视身体的健康与运动需求,而高校体育教学研究也随之发生了翻天覆地的变化。以往,体育教学的重点一般是体育理论与运动技巧的学习,因而教学方法也仅仅停留在体育理论知识的双向传递,课堂在大多数情况下只是教师一个人的独角戏,教学氛围枯燥,教学环境凌乱,教学方法落后。然而随着体育学科的逐渐稳定与外部运动环境的发展,体育教学的研究逐渐加强了对教学方法的关注。教学方法不仅是检验体育教学有效性的重要因素之一,它还是学生体育能力提升的关键。因此,加强对体育教学方法的探索与研究是体育研究界与教学界都应该关注的事情。
[Abstract]:At present, people pay more and more attention to physical health and sports needs, and the research of physical education in colleges and universities has also undergone earth-shaking changes. In the past, the emphasis of physical education was generally on the study of sports theory and sports skills, so the teaching method only stayed in the two-way transfer of sports theory knowledge. In most cases, the classroom was only a one-man play by a teacher. The teaching atmosphere is dull, the teaching environment is messy, the teaching method is backward. However, with the gradual stabilization of physical education and the development of external sports environment, the research of physical education has gradually strengthened the attention to teaching methods. Teaching method is not only one of the important factors to test the validity of physical education, but also the key to improve students' sports ability. Therefore, to strengthen the exploration and research of physical education teaching methods is a matter of concern to both sports research and teaching circles.
