沈阳冰纷万象滑冰场服务策略创新研究

【摘要】:2015年7月31日,国际奥委会主席巴赫宣布中国北京获得2022年第24届冬季奥林匹克运动会举办权,至此,中国冰雪运动开始掀起新一轮高潮。作为中国真正意义上的商业真冰滑冰场品牌 冰纷万象滑冰场也已在中国扩展至15家,真冰滑冰运动成为了中国消费者新兴的健身娱乐服务项目。商业真冰滑冰场与其他生意形态一样,从经营初期至成熟稳定期必将会受到政策、市场、消费者等各种因素影响而产生经营业绩、品牌价值、社会美誉度等各种经营要素良性或恶性波动。为了保障业务可持续良性发展,需要在经营过程中持续研讨业务发展规律,不断改善和优化服务产品,不断提升消费者消费感受,方可实现业绩稳定增长和企业的健康发展。本文以冰纷万象滑冰场全国复制第三家冰场—沈阳冰纷万象滑冰场为例,根据实际经营业绩情况为基础,技术创新管理理论基础为依据,对该项目进行综合研究和分析。首先阐述了商业真冰滑冰场服务创新的基本概念、内涵和涉及要素、创新推动力及特点等基本理论和知识,分析商业真冰滑冰场发展现状及面临问题;其次,以沈阳冰纷万象滑冰场为例,识别并预测商业真冰滑冰场服务创新的内外部发展环境并具体分析了内外部发展环境对商业真冰滑冰场创新的影响;第三,在准确把握服务创新基本理论和细致分析沈阳冰纷万象滑冰场内外部发展环境及其影响的基础上,从创新动力、创新支持和创新成果三个方向给出沈阳冰纷万象滑冰场创新所需要素,以此为基本框架,研究沈阳冰纷万象滑冰场的服务创新策略,并总结出沈阳冰纷万象滑冰场服务创新策略的制定思路及创新服务产品的实施过程;最后,对本文研究内容和成果,提出沈阳冰纷万象滑冰场服务创新策略和服务产品实施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:On July 31, 2015, IOC President Bach announced that Beijing, China, had won the right to host the 24th Winter Olympic Games in 2022. At this point, China's ice and snow sports began to set off a new wave of climax. As a real commercial ice skating rink brand in China, the ice skating rink has been expanded to 15 in China, and ice skating has become a new fitness and entertainment service for Chinese consumers. Like other business forms, commercial ice skating rink is bound to be affected by various factors, such as policy, market, consumers and so on, from the initial stage of operation to the mature and stable period, which will result in business performance and brand value. Social reputation and other business elements benign or malignant fluctuations. In order to ensure the sustainable and benign development of business, it is necessary to continuously discuss the rules of business development, improve and optimize the service products, and enhance consumer consumption feelings in order to achieve steady growth of performance and healthy development of enterprises. Taking the third ice rink-Shenyang ice skating rink as an example, based on the actual operating performance and the theory foundation of technological innovation management, this paper makes a comprehensive study and analysis on the project. Firstly, the basic concept, connotation and related elements, driving force and characteristics of commercial real ice skating rink service innovation are expounded, and the development status and problems of commercial real ice skating rink are analyzed. Taking Shenyang ice skating rink as an example, the internal and external development environment of commercial real ice skating rink service innovation is identified and predicted, and the influence of internal and external development environment on commercial real ice skating rink innovation is analyzed concretely. Based on the accurate grasp of the basic theory of service innovation and the detailed analysis of the internal and external development environment and its influence of the ice skating rink in Shenyang, this paper analyzes the motive force of innovation. Three directions of innovation support and innovation achievement are given, and the essential elements for innovation of Shenyang ice skating rink are given, and the service innovation strategy of Shenyang ice skating rink is studied as a basic framework. And summarized the Shenyang ice skating rink service innovation strategy formulation ideas and innovative service products implementation process; finally, the research content and results of this paper, The service innovation strategy of Shenyang ice skating rink and the guarantee measures of service product implementation are put forward.
